Pie "Butter"

Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 500 g
Milk 1/4 l
Sugar 75 g
Softened butter 100 g
Fresh yeast 30 g
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Cardamom 1 part tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Filling:
Softened butter 200 g
Sugar 100 g
Walnuts
Pink liquor
(can be replaced with any liquor
or balm)
2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Sift flour. Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm milk, let it rise for 15 minutes. Pour yeast into the well in the flour. Add the pieces of butter, sugar, zest, cardamom, egg and remaining milk. Mix thoroughly with a mixer. Cover the dough with a bag and a towel, let stand for 1 hour
  • 2. Roll out the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet.
  • 3. Make small indentations in the dough, preferably with your thumb.
  • 4. Put butter flakes and pieces of walnuts in the grooves.
  • 5. Sprinkle sugar evenly over the dough. Cover with foil again and let rise for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Place a container with water on the bottom of the oven. Sprinkle the freshly baked pie with liqueur and cut into pieces.

  • I think that yeast can be replaced with dry yeast and knead the dough in a bread maker))

Time for preparing:

about 20 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
