Thanks again for the recipe. Finally I got hold of buckwheat flour. It's funny, but the current in the pharmacy and on order !!! I waited two weeks. Baked. It turned out great. Great bread. Just remembering the mistakes of the past (there is always a lot of flour, a bun with an insufficient amount of liquid - a torn side), the liquid immediately increased by 100 ml. All the flour is gone. There was almost no need to adjust the balance. Super bread !!! :-)))




And everything is OK with the roof!
