Simple cottage cheese cookies

Ingredients

Cottage cheese (fat content does not matter) 500 g
Margarine soft 300 g
Flour 2.5 cups
Baking powder 3 tea. spoons
Sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • I was not mistaken, no eggs!

  • Mix flour with baking powder. If the cottage cheese is of a non-uniform consistency, with grains, pass it through a blender. Grind cottage cheese with margarine, add flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Roll out the dough thin enough into a rectangular layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon or vanilla sugar, or add cocoa. Roll the dough into a roll or roll from both sides to the center, cut into slices about 1 cm thick and bake in the oven until golden brown.

  • If you bought a semi-soft (liquidish, puree-like) cottage cheese, pour 3 cups of flour.
