Thank you for the idea, because I did the rest in my own way - the dough according to the recipe from my Kenwood "Brioche Bun", and the filling is not poppy seeds, but dried apricots (our passion). What delicious food !!! Do not transfer! Only very quickly the pie ends next time I will make not 700 grams, but a kilogram loaf!

So I baked a curl with poppy seeds. Dough with the following ingredients:
water - 195ml,
egg - 2 yolks,
bread flour - 3 glasses (I have 240ml),
salt - 1 tsp.,
sugar -6 1/2 tbsp. l.,
butter - 2 tbsp. l.,
powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.,
dry yeast - 2 tsp
And that's what happened - delicious.

Already 3 times baked such a curl. Fillings: cinnamon + marmalade, poppy + strawberry, cinnamon + apples. The children liked the first one the most. Let's experiment further ...

P.S. with strawberries is badly baked in the middle. It can be seen due to the fact that the berries themselves are juicy. We must try with other berries ...

To be honest, this is the second try.Thinking that you can't spoil the porridge with butter, I added too much filling the first time. As a result, the loaf fell apart, it was impossible to cut it. Poppy was scooped out with a spoon in the literal sense of the word. Errors were taken into account. Maca took 100 grams, sugar - 150 grams, a little milk per kilogram loaf.
