Fish pie

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 250 g
Sour cream 250 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
(160 g)
Soda quenched with vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 tsp
For filling:
Pink salmon canned in its own juice 2 banks
Hard boiled eggs 5 pieces.
A bunch of green onions (can be replaced with onions)

Cooking method

  • 1. Combine mayonnaise with sour cream and the rest of the ingredients, beat.
  • 2. Drain the liquid from canned pink salmon, mash it with a fork, add finely chopped eggs and onion. Mix.
  • 3. Pour half of the dough into a medium-sized mold. Spread the filling evenly and pour over the other half of the dough.
  • 4. Send all this splendor to the heated up to 180 gr. oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Oven preheated to 180 degrees

I have been baking a cake using this recipe for many years in a row. Fast, simple and sooo tasty !!! It is impossible to spoil! The filling can be not only fish, I will say more, it can be any! I baked with potato and cabbage, with rice and eggs, I used sweet options for fillings, there can be a great variety of options. Imagine and you will be happy !!!

Mayonnaise and sour cream were not replaced with anything: not sweet yogurt, curd cheese not sweet "Activation", any soft pasty curd, unkillable recipe, delicious for anyone !!!
