True, there was an unexpected moment, the dough turned out to be very liquid, probably due to the fact that I used 1% kefir, and it is thin. I had to hastily add flour after all. Today I will repeat the experiment with 300 ml of liquid and 1.5 tsp. dry dill. And I'll try to add some more cumin.

Anna, try to slightly reduce the amount of liquid, milliliters by 15-20, so that the bun is tighter, then the crumb will be drier and denser. Also try to experiment with the amount of kefir or fry the onion, then the onion juice will not soften the bun
