Maybe someone will come in handy so as not to repeat my blunder. Baked in LG 151 JE according to the recipe from the enclosed book Honey granulated bread for tea, where you need to add muesli. The muesli was with candied fruit, which smashed my poor bucket to smithereens, very deep scratches appeared. Apparently, the candied fruits were somehow unusually hard, because before this one and a half years everything worked out well. Just last week, I was quietly glad that LG had such a good bucket, because over the past month I had to buy a multicooker and a washing machine unplannedly (since the old ones could not be repaired). Now I will pray until the morning that a bucket can be purchased in the service (and preferably at a cheaper price).

As recently as this morning I ran into the same problem - the shaft was tightly jammed in the mold. I hasten to share - everything is already normal. After reading the forums, it became clear that the most likely reason is caramelized sugar. The solution turned out to be simple. Pour very hot water (80 degrees) into a basin, put a mold there and pour hot water into the mold as well. we keep it until the water has cooled down, and with the stubbornness of an idiot again fill it with hot water. I was able to turn the shaft with the kneading flag after 5 pours. Then the shaft is developed quite quickly.

Yes, sir, right now I have a problem. Nothing cracks, all sounds are normal, the impression is that the blade is spinning, it's good that I looked out the window, nothing is in the way. I got scared, got into the flour, the shoulder blade rotates quite calmly, with the help of the hand, it does not want to rotate itself at all. She mixed the dough with a spatula in a bucket, then took it out and washed it with her hands, threw it back into the bucket, I don't know what happens. It's a shame! For kotovasia with new buckets after months of operation is not ready at all. I initially had a problem - the blade did not come off the pin. In order to do this, it was necessary to spend at least 40 minutes - soaking, twisting, twirling, pulling. Model 2001 with yoghurt and butter. And baked something once a week. It is because of this. start at the beginning, before laying the food, lift the spatula and pour oil on the pin. I didn't do that today. But again, I repeat - it is easy to scroll by hand.
We'll have to buy an unloved Panas. Some kind of nightmare. It's useless to go to the guarantee - I lost the ticket due to a lot of cleaning in the house and throwing out everything unnecessary ... Well, even if I worked for a year or something, it would not be so offensive. It was not part of the plans for a new oven.

Good day! This morning I discovered that the rotating mechanism is tightly jammed in the mold (bucket) from the LG bread maker. In frustrated feelings, I began to look for all possible exits: where to repair, where to buy? Quite by accident I got to this forum and read that a bucket can be soaked in hot water.I decided that there was nothing to lose anyway (if anything, the bucket needs to be changed anyway) - I did exactly the same !!! After 10 minutes, OH MIRACLE, the mechanism began to rotate easily and freely !!! Many thanks to the forum member BUMBARASH for his useful advice !!!

Thank you so much

I bought an oil seal and a bearing for a leaking bucket ...
What tools do I need to remove the old oil seal and bearing and install new ones?
And please describe the process itself ...
Repair of the form (bucket) of the LG bread machine

sazalexter, Thank you, I read the whole topic.
Explain to me, please, what does it mean to PRESS the bearing on the axle into the bucket body?
For lubrication I have only "LITOL-24" ... will it fit or look for something else? And where to look for it?

alaThe bearing, just has to fit tight and not dangle in the socket.

Greetings to all bakers!
I myself have been baking bread for 10 years and during this time I have faced the problem of repairing a bucket of bread makers more than once.
Therefore, I want to share my experience (maybe someone will come in handy).
My first bread maker LG HB151JE worked for about 2 years. Seized shaft with bearing.
A new bearing and oil seal was purchased and put in an old bucket.
After about a year, this knot jammed again. The bearing and the oil seal were purchased again and replaced. Enough for half a year.
After removing the bearing and the oil seal, I saw the reason for such a short work.
1. After the oil seal began to leak, everything fell into the bearing. The bearing began to rotate in the seat, which eventually broke. Even if I installed a new bearing, it had a backlash.
2. Due to the fact that the bearing wedged and a working was formed on the shaft.
From the above, it follows that replacing the bearing and the oil seal will not help (and if it does, then for a short time).
A new bucket was bought which worked for a year and a half ... Everything repeated the same as with the first.
And the Bread Maker itself began to bake bread in different ways. Today one result is different tomorrow. The program and the recipe were the same ingredients. So the question arose what to do? A Panasonic 2500 Bread Maker was bought, it also worked for 2 years and jammed the bucket shaft. Then the question puzzled me even more. So am I going to buy these bread makers every 2 years?
A solution was found. Remove the bearing with the oil seal and replace it with a fluoroplastic bushing with an outer diameter of 22 mm, an inner diameter of 8 mm, and a height of 14-15 mm. The bushing was turned on a lathe and pressed into a bucket. The inner diameter has been adjusted with an adjustable reamer. A new shaft was machined with two grooves for retaining rings and corresponding bevels. The shaft is lubricated with coffee machine grease (food grade). Everything has been assembled and has been working for 2 years ...
Although the bucket was already discarded. I also wanted to say about the unstable result of baking bread. The bread maker was disassembled and preventive maintenance was carried out. First of all, the control board was soldered (there were ring cracks). Old dry grease has been removed from all rotating parts and greased with new one for coffee machines. I want to warn you right away that any lubricant will not work. First, it must be food grade. Secondly, high temperature. Thirdly, do not dry, do not flow out and do not evaporate. I would be glad if my experience is useful to someone. I think this method is also suitable for other brands of bread makers. Delicious bread everyone!
