The dough turned out to be very thick, I was even worried if our yeast could raise it. But they did it - judge for yourself:

The bread, of course, turned out to be very tasty, but not quite what it should be. The fact is that since childhood I remember the taste of this bread, we sometimes bought it. So, according to this recipe, the very same bread is obtained using industrial yeast. And with our yeast - not like that. Still, both the hops in the composition and the long proofing, not provided for by the recipe, affect the final result. Bread is by no means worse, but if you want to get closer to the old recipe, bake with industrial yeast.
But, again, the bread is very good in this version, I recommend it!

* Water - 100 ml.

Start mixing. When the bun starts to form, add the butter and knead until smooth.
The gingerbread man keeps its shape well. Slightly sticky due to fat, but lags behind to clean from the hands and walls of dishes.
Well, now send it to the heat for lifting. Since my dough was kneaded at 23 o'clock, it was more expedient to protect the container from warming, so that the dough could slowly rise exactly by morning.
And so it happened - by 4 in the morning the bun was in all its splendor))
I immediately molded a loaf and left it the same way, protecting it from additional heating.
At 7 in the morning I was ready to bake, and the bread obediently waited for my awakening and did not run away anywhere (it was great again))
Heated the oven to 200 * C and baked at this temperature for 10 minutes, then lowered the heat to 180 * C and baked for another 30 minutes until ready.
Karavashik turned out to be blush, lightest. When tapped on the bottom, it was sonorous. When cooled on a wire rack, under a towel, the covers of the bread became simply the softest. The aroma of hot bread is correct, with a subtle nuance of "used", that is, not unleavened.

I'll tell you about the taste after the tasting.
Based on the different moisture content of flour, it may be required either more or less. Therefore, add the main volume to the batch and leave a little for regulation.
Dust, when kneading and forming, almost does not require bread.
Baked in a glass microwave oven. Used non-stick lubricant.
