I went to pay! Thanks to all!!!!

Two main types of these wheels were discussed at one time on a bread maker. Karl Weisz and Kuhenprofi. Almost the same. Some of them have a slightly larger diameter. At one time, almost all the Bread Maker was stocked with them.
inga
IrlarsenI think take the one with the most good reviews. I have a wooden handle, but reviews on it on Amazon are bad.
Margass
No, it means that a potato peeler for € 100-120 is normal, but a raviolnica for € 150 with a 10-year guarantee is expensive?))
Irlarsen
Tatyana, All IMHO, of course. Here's a potato peeler. It can be bought separately for a penny, BUT, this is not a nozzle, it is also a motor. That is, either it should stand on the table and take up space, or you need to take the trouble to get it, plug it in, then remove it. That is, I understand that when I buy the attachment I pay for the convenience. I don't want a potato peeler (I had it and got tired of it on the table, but when I removed it, I forgot it and then I threw it away so that it wouldn't take up space), but I bought myself a spiralizer, a processor, a low-speed grater and a cube cutter, AT LEAST all this for separately I have. That is, roughly speaking, a standing motor on the table justifies my spending and all these attachments will take 2 times less space in the table. And the raviolnitsa does not use a motor (well, I see it in the video so far), I have a marcato raviolitsa for 34 euros. And now the toad strangles me for 150 euros to buy exactly the same one that will use Kesha as a holder.
Althoughyayayayaya ..... if all the same we wait for the decisive clever girls and I see how they famously spin ravioli with meat with the help of a motor, then maybe I'll buy it. Who knows ??

Inga, bought already, the one about which Galina wrote that this is correct. Zhdemsssss
inga
Irlarsen, I hope you enjoy using it. In the raviolnitsa, I was also embarrassed that I had to twist my hands. I'd rather be a wheel ...
And I dearly love and cherish my potato peeler, and use it every day. I have an old model, which is sprayed like sandpaper, it cleans much better than the new one, which has plastic teeth, that I sold.
I had 3 separate potato peelers before Kesha, and they all broke.

Inga Can you tell us more about it then? Once cleans, then I too NADA I saw on our analogue Avito just like the old model. How to recognize it? Look. It says on the dastkom, they say, the old model

Irlarsen, Irina, that one. I really like her. But here on the forum there were different opinions about the potato peeler. Not everyone likes her. And what is the price if converted to euros? I fished this attachment for a very long time, on ebay. They are rare and expensive. I paid about 65 euros for a new one, and then I was very lucky.
Irlarsen
inga, Thanks for the answer. They want 40 euros. As I understand it is far from new. Plus the shipment, since it's far from me. Could it have deteriorated, the dusting had worn off? I can't see her with my eyes, I can't see anything in the pictures
inga
Irina, I looked at the pictures, I think everything is fine there. The spraying layer is thick, I don't think it can wear off. If you don't like it, on German or English ebay, sell for that price without any problem.
Irlarsen
Inga, Entered into a correspondence. If the seller is adequate, then I will buy it.
lira3003
I have long wanted a potato peeler, but only now I learned that there are two types of them, old and new ...
For 40 euros, I would also buy
zvezda
And I love the new one too, although I haven't compared it, so I can't be objective ..

Received a new wide dough sheeter today, cool! On Saturday I will try to roll dough for pasties on it!

On Saturday I will skate, I am going to work soon, I come late in the evening.
NatalyaB
natalia52, wow! Congratulations. Thing. We are waiting for the report.
Irlarsen
Natasha, Hurrah! Zhdemss! Maybe I'll finally master the pasties. For me in detail, if you can. How much meat will you put, how will you fry. And the recipe for dough and minced meat. I already wrote here that I have some kind of ambush with pasties.
natalia52
Ira, I will fry in oil too, these are pasties and dry ones - they are called yantykh by the Crimean Tatars.
Irlarsen
NatashaSo I tried everything and pasties and yantykh. I am tasteless and dry. In any Russian eatery it is tasty and juicy (though only pasties, yantykhs in St. Petersburg have not seen). I am making some kind of catastrophic mistake and cannot understand what. With your help, I hope to understand. Well you write: rolled it out at that size, put a tablespoon (for example) of the filling. The recipe for the filling and how much exactly this size of pasties did you fry. I understand that I'm being boring, but my children don't know what pasties are at all. I promise to do everything. I will do it in secret, I will try it and I will not show it to them. I understand that it did not work out and they will not eat it. But they love dumplings!
Prus - 2
Natasha, Congratulations! Cool !!! That's just super-super! As they appear in our country or in Poland - I will buy it right away! Irochka, according to this recipe that Lyulek gave 100 years ago, I make pasties - they turn out super! https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...com_smf&topic=24147.0 I have tried so many different recipes before it - I can't count ((, none of it! Try this. I make this dough in a food processor.
Irlarsen
Lyuba, Thank you. How do you brew the dough in the processor?
zvezda
Irina, I did not understand your question??

Irina, did not understand your question ??
The recipe given on the link describes the classic pastry for chebureks - choux. By the way, it is good for dumplings-dumplings, only add vodka is unnecessary.
I can assume that the processor is mixed with the rest of the components. I do not know. I make in a bread maker. That is, I brew it on the stove, and then knead the HP.
lira3003
We need to try these pasties, especially since you can brew them in our induction cache. I love pasties, but my dough does not turn out tender, as in the ready-made ones that were eaten in a cafe.
natalia52
My mother-in-law and I then made a simple dough for pasties, sometimes without eggs. Minced meat should be fatty and runny. It is good to add broth to the minced meat, but we often did it with water. The dough needs to be rolled out thinly, one spoonful of minced meat was put on one cheburek. No special secrets.
Prus - 2
Irisha, I brew in a saucepan - it's literally 1 minute! And then I pour this tea leaves over the remaining flour into the processor. And then ~ 20 seconds)). The dough is soooo plastic! And it doesn't stick at all! And it rolls out very, very thin. And at the same time it sticks up perfectly! Chebureks are wonderful - due to vodka, a thin crispy bubble crust, and the dough itself is the most tender. Try to make it, I've been looking for a very cheburek dough for a long time - I haven't found it better yet. And - yes, for manti / dumplings / dumplings, it's also great.
Irlarsen
Prus - 2, I'll try tomorrow. I'll even roll it out manually! Since it is written that the dough can be frozen, then I will make a whole portion and freeze the rest.
Prus - 2
Irochka, I'm just worried - how do you like it? Although the recipe is not mine, but I advised)), I really hope that there will be It! My son is a big lover of pasties, he is very pleased with this test! And this dough, already written, is excellent for everything. In any case, it will not be lost. So - I look forward to your feedback! And now I put Mistletoe dough "braided on kefir", I want to add raisins, lemon zest and nuts there and make buns in Kuzin. Well, a spoonful of turmeric for color, and be sure to sprinkle sesame seeds!

natalia52, Natasha! Congratulations! You are the first!
Not the first. I know madam, she has been sitting in the bushes and admiring this rolling for more than a month.
lira3003
Twig, so we all sit, admire, dream ... And Natalia already has it ...
Twig
I don’t dream. I don't need it. Standard rolling is also great.
On a wide, it is probably inconvenient to level the dough and the layer will stretch under its weight.
Masha Ivanova
Twig, Twig! I wrote to Natasha first, since she was the first to register here. And so there are many people who do not write about all their purchases. And rightly so, by the way.
Irlarsen
Prus - 2, Lyuba, Did it. The dough turned out great. For the first time in my life I made minced meat weighing meat and onions, moreover, I went to get a tennis ball! She rolled it out, closed it up. I poured 3 centimeters of oil into the pan as it was written, and then I was in for a failure. I have only 130 degrees in my cartoon and this is clearly not enough. The dough is covered with bubbles, but it is not browned until golden brown. I held it for a long time, it was dry. There is not enough salt in the dough, I will add. I don't have a stove here, I tried it on the grill without oil. It also turned out dry like that. And these are all like chebureks. Obviously it is necessary to fry in a frying pan, on the stove, but I don't have it here. I will freeze the dough and minced meat and take it with me to my other habitat, where there is a stove with a frying pan. I hope everything will be great there. I am clearly on the right track. Thanks for the recipe.
zvezda
Irina, well, you're not looking for easy ways to kill yourself ... a modder !!
Irlarsen
Pisi. I went and asked my son. I didn’t offer him chebureks (well, you remember what chebureks are, my children don’t know yet), but I gave him what I did on the grill. Says delicious, wants more tomorrow.
OlyaAnd I'm still waiting for what you promised me to whisper, remember?
Prus - 2
Irochka, of course it will work in a frying pan! And 130 * is very small (((, I fried whites in the Deh cartoon (so as not to splash), so there is a max temperature of 180 *. And that was too long ((. And the bottom of the multi is small ((. We need a large frying pan!
NatalyaB
Quote: Irlarsen

Of course. The deep fat temperature is important. It will work out!
lira3003
Irlarsen, Irina, and you have induction? I forgot something about this moment, if yes, you can try to fry in Kesh. Not?
Irlarsen
Rita, I'm just sitting at Kesha and looking at him predatory. What is the scheme? Warm up, raise your head, put a cheburek. Lower your head and fry for three minutes. Raise, turn over and 3 more minutes. Right? or less. How many are on each side?
