I looked at the recipe, and there are 2 packs of cottage cheese, and the packs are 180-220 grams. It would be better to write how many grams of a pack. And the quality of the cottage cheese is all different, so it may seem that the casserole is watery.
Marpl, Marina, I took 2 packs of 2% cottage cheese, 220g each, but I had never added milk for a casserole in the oven before. Well, eggs are different, I had the first category. (even the fat content of milk, I think, can play a role, but not so much, of course)

You can try to bake on Multipovar in order to set the temperature lower.

Switch on the “My recipe plus (multi-cook)” mode, set the temperature to 160 ° С, boil water in the multicooker bowl, add Hercules and cook for 5 minutes.
Thanks again Marina Marpl for the recipe! I'll tell you how I cooked porridge in the morning. Since I still don't know how to "boil water" on the Multipovar, I boiled 3 multi-glasses of water in a saucepan on gas, poured 1 multi-glass of rice washed, boiled rice, poured 2 multi-glasses of milk, boiled, - this I did it between times, while I was spinning in the kitchen, I laughed to myself that it was possible to cook porridge on gas like this, but then I had to distract myself from cooking, I poured the contents into a bowl, put it on Milk porridge for 20 minutes and did other things. Since we had to urgently have breakfast and leave, there was no time to wait for the porridge to infuse. At first, it seemed to me not viscous enough, the milk was not all absorbed, but while the porridge with butter was cooling in the plate, by the time the baby was feeding, it acquired the consistency I needed. So that's how I cooked porridge today

Biryusa, Olga, and on what mode did you cook, how long, what proportions?
Cooked on "Milk porridge", time 40 minutes, without pressure, followed by heating for 30 minutes.
Proportions 1: 4 (0.5 mV glass of cereal, 1 mV art. Milk, 1 mV art. Water). Hercules "Traditional" Russian product.

I share my first impressions !! This is my first MV-SV, so I studied the instructions for a long time. I have not really understood yet about the Multipovar, about the Pressure and Without pressure mode, when this valve is closed (then you don't need to press the button on the lid?). The first dish from the "Chicken in sour cream" recipe book. I fried the chicken in a pan lightly. put in a bowl, onions, chopped zucchini plump, spices, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream. I installed the "Quenching" program, 20 minutes (as in the recipe), but it says high pressure. but it seems to be not on the Extinguishing? After 20 minutes, the chicken was soft. but not ready near the bones. set it for another 20 minutes. It could have been for 10 minutes, but I don't know how to install it. After this time, the most tender meat, of course, aromatic and delicious gravy. Conclusion, just in general, not without questions, but very tasty !! Can.on the Pressure Soup program and 25 minutes would be enough? Or somehow on Multipovar? I am very satisfied !!!

N @ t @ liya, Natalie, I also have this first MV-SV, we will explore the possibilities together
Pressure mode - you do not need to press the Steam button, the Without pressure mode - the Steam button (more precisely, in the instructions this button is called Pressure Relief) must be pressed.

It could have been for 10 minutes, but I don't know how it could be installed.
By the way, yes, a question for advanced users, in this program the minimum time is 20 minutes, how to set a shorter time?

This is my first MV-SV, so I studied the instructions for a long time.
This is my third pressure cooker, and I can’t remember in any way in which mode what is the minimum time and which one works with pressure, and which one does not. So I constantly look at the instructions, there is a plate with a description of all modes.
So far, without a cheat sheet, I "learned" one thing: the minimum time is 5 minutes - on "Steam cooking", sometimes I use it.
Well, that's not counting "Multipovar plus", but I'm just studying it.

Girls, the chicken is so tasty, I'm so happy! I thank my friend who directed me to this topic to Rita. Girls, power users, thank you for sharing your tips. without them in any way !! To cook pea soup, what is the algorithm? Put everything in a bowl, pour water and start the SOUP program? Or do you have to boil the broth first?
Rituslya
N @ t @ liya, Natul, I generally cook pea soup only with smoked meats, so I always do without cooking broth. You can try to cook on Soup, but no matter how everything turns into porridge.
N @ t @ liya
Rita, I'll try on Soup, then I'll unsubscribe.
Stewed vegetables today. Cut: onion. carrot. bell pepper. zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower and broccoli, frozen green beans. She poured some oil into the bowl, put all the vegetables, tomatoes on top. bitter pepper, garlic and herbs. Stirred. Cooking program 20 minutes. I opened it, but the vegetables were not ready, splashed water and again for 20 minutes. Conclusion - vegetables needed more liquid. You must immediately pour a little water and the time is 25 minutes. It will probably be so good. Of course, if the vegetables were fried in advance, then 20 minutes would be enough.
I'm happy !! We need to deal with the Multipovar.

Hurray girls! I, too, have now been re-cultivated by Polaris! Brought in this afternoon. What a miniature she is in comparison with my 5-liter, but pretty all of herself. I started by boiling water in it for a Steam, then boiled a few potatoes for mashed potatoes, stewed lamb with onions and spices for kharcho, now I set the jellied meat to cook. Time set 2 hours. Let's see if it will be cooked during this time, as in other pressure cookers. I doubt something! Testing on baked goods is scheduled for tomorrow. I just haven't decided yet. Most likely it will be some kind of berry pie or charlotte with apples. I put 5 + for potatoes and meat. I will cook jellied meat and give an estimate. So far, the impressions are good, but she is still presented with Frying and Baking. I don’t make yoghurt and don’t intend to, but I think it will be suitable for proofing yeast dough. For bread, that's it! Oh, and you can cook strawberry jam, there is strawberry on the market, at worst, you can pull it out of the freezer from me a lot! Well, so far, like everything. I thought that there would be a problem with the choice of pressure when cooking before buying, but in reality everything turned out to be much simpler. It seems to me that meat (pork, beef, lamb) should be cooked with pressure on Jellied meat rather than Stewing .. Stewing is more suitable for vegetables, chicken, rabbit, offal, etc. Do your girls have a drip tray in your multicooker? I didn't find it with mine. I did not see it in any drawing, but on page 22 there is a drawing and they write that it should be removed and washed. Maybe they didn't give it to me. In principle, it is not needed, tilt the multicooker and drain the condensate !.
Marpl
Valentine, congratulations on your purchase! MW has a drip tray. Maybe somewhere in the box lying around? I tried on a drip tray from 5L Redmond, came up like a native.
N @ t @ liya
Valya, congratulations! Please write more often about your cooking experience with detailed explanations, they are really needed !! I'll see about the drip tray too. Valya. Do you plan to deal with Multipovar?

Oh girls, I've become old! I also have it, it's me ... I didn't look at the bag with spoons where it lay. It merged in color with a measuring glass, and I did not see it through the bag. Why do I need another pair of spoons, I didn’t open the package, and threw it on the top hanging shelf to a pile. Something drew me to come up and take a sachet and open it and lo and behold !!! The glass contained my loss. !! Hurrah! If in other cartoons the drip tray was already attached, here it was put separately in a bag.

This time, all this yellow turned out due to village eggs, while their yolk is yellow-pre-yellow.
Baking for an hour. And the default temperature and time. First I decided to try it on Multipovar and set it to 120 degrees, but no. It seemed that the bottom grabbed, but the top staggered straight. I transferred it to Baking and I went to bed as a business sausage, so the poor fellow stood on the Warm-up too.
But it's still good. I really like the Baking program.

Hello everyone! Yesterday I didn't cook anything in Polechka, because I had to finish what I had cooked earlier. Today I will try to cook milk rice porridge in it.,. Anyway! you can get used to it and forgive her for this inconvenience. Cooking in it is simply a pleasure and the menu and modes are all somehow unusual and interesting!

Ritochka The bread is delicious, with a sour cream taste awesome! I will bake this much more often. The crust color is just perfect. Bet on 50min, and 35 on the other side. Stewed before baking on the Multipovar 35 * 1 hour. The dough went up high. In the Baking mode, the temperature did not change, only the time. Polechka is just lovely: she bakes bread, cooks jellied meat, fries, steams and everything is delicious and fast! And I still hesitated to take or not take.

Salt, sugar + a small piece of plums. oils. Milk porridge 40 min. When opened - milk soup! I put it on another 40. Now it was already plump porridge without liquid which I like. (y) Next time I will put 1 hour. and slightly heated. How happy with this regime. (y) As she poured the milk, it remained at the same level and did not rise a single centimeter! When I opened the lid I thought that now the entire inner lid is in milk and I wash it and wash it! But, I could not believe my eyes, everything inside is clean, the lid is not stained with milk! Urrah! Fantasy! Now I will cook milk in it and only in it! I cooked earlier in the Mystery m / in and there switched modes (brought to a boil and switched to Soup) now the "dancing with tambourines" is over, which is very glad! But the Quenching did not cause much delight so-so. Usually long, it's a pity that without pressure. But I did it once, I could be wrong. All modes seem to have tried everything cool!

Girls! (I hope I didn't offend anyone with such a greeting)
Help make friends with this slow cooker! She was my first, I bought it for milk porridge so that they would get up in the morning, and the porridge is already ready. But while I can't get used to / make friends, advice is needed. Every time I open the lid, I have milk soup, due to lack of time, I have to pour the contents of the bowl into a saucepan and, on the stove, get the (viscous) consistency I need in 5-7 minutes (and not set for another 20-40 minutes on the Milk porridge mode). What's the matter? Herculean porridge in 40 minutes - milk soup, rice porridge I got the desired consistency, but I, as I wrote here earlier, first boiled rice on the stove in water, poured milk and only then poured it into a bowl and put it on Milk porridge for 20 minutes, and then the porridge turned out only when it stood, cooling down, in a plate, but it was immediately watery. Well, the main puncture - corn porridge, cooked from corn grits for 50, then another 25 minutes, and then cooked in a saucepan on the stove in 7 minutes. Need to put more time? But the default 1.5 hours is too long, in my opinion. After all, before buying, I read here reviews about different multicooker and for myself I have already reconciled that porridge is being prepared for an hour, but not 1.5, as in this one! But as experiments show ...
Although you write that the porridge turned out for 40 minutes ...
I thought that more time was needed due to the large volumes (I do not measure the proportions with a multi-glass, but with a cup of 250 g, that is, I cook in 1 liter of liquid (50/50 milk and water) + a cup of cereal), but the cooking time should not depend on whether the bowl is full, half or quarter?
In the meantime, I have to cook porridge on the stove, and wash more dishes, and I have not completely got rid of the morning porridge.
In general, I'm waiting for your stories who cook what kind of porridge for how long and advice from the collective mind.
Rituslya
Friends, but I still think that the speed of preparation and the quality of milk porridge depend on the total volume and mass of ingredients.
For example, I cook from one packet of Friendship + 3.5 m / st. milk. It takes me 45 minutes + Warm up. The weight of one sachet is about 80 g.
I love liquid porridge. Probably, if you reduce the milk, then it will come faster.
Here Valenka cooks

And the weight of rice in a multi-cup will probably be more than 80 grams.
I love summer, and you get even more cereals. Try to reduce the amount of ingredients. Well, for the sake of experiment.
After all, a larger volume and time needs more for boiling, etc.
But I just think so, but I really don't know how.

Once in little Panasik I tried to cook porridge from one liter of milk. The boy puffed, puffed, and cooked soup with rice. I had to put on one more cycle.

Girls, at one time I often "indulged" in porridge from a pressure cooker
1. Cooked under pressure in the "quenching" mode
2. I put it on for 20 minutes (plus set / reset)
3. The proportions of cereal / milk were different. I added less liquid in the pressure cooker than in the multicooker. For example, if in a multicooker rice is 1 to 4.5, then in a pressure cooker it is 1 to 3.5, etc.
Rick
Laris, if I'm not mistaken, this cartoon program is porridge without pressure.
Girls! Of course, a larger volume will warm up longer! Put on the stove on two identical burners to warm up: a glass of water on one, a liter on the other. Do you think the boiling time will be the same?

in this cartoon the program is porridge without pressure
So I know. Therefore, I propose to try to cook porridge under pressure, which in my opinion (not counting the oatmeal) is much tastier. The only moment, I still cooked in a five-liter.How milk porridge will behave in a three-ruble note when stewing under pressure. Will it run out of the valve? I would definitely try
Rick
Hmm ... I must try ... tomorrow morning we were going to cook porridge.

I'll tell you about my experience of constantly cooking porridge in a pressure cooker, though I have 2 liters, but not the point. I have a mechanical pressure cooker and milk porridge painted for 10 minutes. How much for the first time I tried to cook, not that coat. And now I have been cooking for a long time, setting the time to 25 minutes under pressure. I cook mostly rice porridge in half milk and millet. I open the lid after the pressure cooker has released the pressure itself, stirring. I like this kind of porridge and eat it right away, and leave it for my husband to heat for about 20 minutes, he likes a little thicker. More precisely, the porridge becomes thick. I cook 1/2 mst of rice each mst of milk and water.
And yes, porridge tastes better under pressure than in cartoons.
Rick
Thank you, Svetik! I once cooked porridge in a boil under pressure in the beginning, but since I cook it for 0.5 mst. cereals, the shteba stopped driving because of so much.
Tomorrow we will try with mom. I'm in Bryansk now))

Multicooker-pressure cooker Polaris PPC 1203AD
Our porridge))

Rice groats + millet + corn groats in equal proportions 0.5 mst. Milk 400 ml. Sugar, salt, butter. I put pressure on the "Soup" program. I decided that there should be enough steam for the valve to close. Although they write that it is without pressure, I was afraid to set it at high temperatures to begin with. The default time is 50 minutes. The countdown began immediately. Since at the beginning I changed several programs, while I stopped at the soup, the milk was warmed up at that time)) Therefore, the exact time after how long the valve closed, I cannot say. But anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. The valve has closed.
While the porridge was being prepared, I did not follow the mv. After 20 minutes I came up, the valve was open, but the porridge was ready. Same as in the photo. If you like thinner, just add more milk initially. And count the cooking time 20 minutes + heating time. 400 ml of milk can be added for 10 minutes. That is, the total time was 30 minutes.
gala10
I confirm. The porridge is delicious. If we compare it with exactly the same porridge that I constantly cook in a small Redik without pressure, then this one is perhaps tastier.
Zhenya's report on porridge "stuck" to her previous post, everything is detailed there.

It is only unknown how much she was still under pressure))

Rick, Evgeniya, I did not understand the soup under pressure, 50 minutes is somehow a bit too much, I have porridge on my program, it is without pressure, 45+ heating was prepared for 20 minutes.

Rituslya, Rita, Larssevsk, Larisa, Rick, Evgeniya,gala10, Galina, Stafa, Svetlana, dear, thank you HUGE for your advice! I myself would not have thought of trying to cook milk porridge under pressure.
In the meantime, I cooked the pea soup, the peas were pre-soaked, changed the time by 30 minutes, did not change the pressure (default 4), as a result, I did not see the peas in the soup all dissolved, although the potato and carrot cubes were whole.
And one more observation:
I have on the Stewing and Baking modes with the lid closed and the Steam button pressed, 10-12 minutes after the start of the program, pressure still builds up and the lid is blocked, I can no longer turn it and open it. And steam also starts to come out of the valve, covering everything around with sweat, I have to squeeze the Steam button so that the sweat does not go out during the remaining cooking time. Is it the same for you?
N @ t @ liya
Girls, how to cook stew in cans? On the "Jellied" program ?, just pour water over the shoulders of a jar?
Thanks to everyone who wrote about porridge. Itself would not have thought that on the Soup mode in 30 minutes is possible. Cooking porridge for 1, 5 hours ak is not at all happy.
It is a pity that the Quenching without pressure mode takes a long time to prepare.
