Egg 1-2 pcs.
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Soda 1 tsp without slide
For garnish:
Green peas, canned
Onion, half rings
Vinegar 6% (apple or plain)
any vegetable salad is also possible

Cooking method

  • I had 0.5 kg of mixed minced meat, we love this dish very much, but I used to make the sausages by hand, they didn’t turn out even .. although it didn’t affect the taste ... Since I bought Master-press I decided to make it on it, on triple round holes ...
  • And that's what happened .. I liked it! and fried them in Shtebe, it turned out an even pleasant crust ...
  • Salt and pepper the minced meat, add an egg, soda ... knead ... I put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, I did it in the evening, and in the morning I fry it ... it turned out 8 pieces .... I cut the onion on a TNS3000 grater. Serve on a plate and pour vinegar on the onion and Mititei abundantly ...
