Ingredients

Kefir (I have a mixture of fermented baked milk and kefir 50/50) 200 ml
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
Semolina 2 tbsp. heaped spoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon with a slide
Flour / s 200 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Raisins 100 g
Parmesan (or any cheese) optional for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • The base of this flatbread is a quick yogurt dough from the recipe Lazy cheese pie on kefir, with minor changes. I really wanted to test the versatility of the dough I liked, so the idea arose to try stuffing it with raisins and add a small amount of sugar to the dough itself. The result even exceeded my expectations - the taste was so different that I decided to decorate this cake with a separate recipe.
  • I mixed kefir with fermented baked milk for a more delicate taste. But you can and only on kefir, of course ...
  • As I already wrote in the previous recipe, the dough is kneaded with lightning speed, just with a spoon. Hands are just forming the cake.
  • We mix kefir, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, semolina. We leave for 10 minutes. We wash the raisins (two handfuls). We throw it into the kefir mass.

  • Add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough quickly.

  • Flatten with oily hands into a cake on a Teflon mat, transfer to a GF pizza maker,

  • we set the timer for 20 minutes (if you have a net under the teflon mat, if without it, then 15 minutes is enough) and set the temperature to 180 degrees.
  • After 5 minutes after turning off, open it, turn the cake over so that it turns out to be evenly ruddy and at the same time without burnt raisins, since a lot of it looks out on the surface of the cake.

  • Top with grated parmesan (optional). We turn on for another 5 minutes. All!

  • For baking in a conventional (no convection) oven: t = 180C, time - 25-30 minutes.

I liked this dough very much, fast and light in every sense! I was ready to eat this version with raisins alone, it turned out so delicious! In my opinion, no spices are needed here, raisins give a wonderful aroma! The dough emphasizes the sweetness of the raisins, the parmesan adds a spicy note of cheese to the taste, although it has been grated just a little ... Try it! It's amazingly simple and delicious! Instead of raisins, I added 100 g of chopped prunes and 7 pieces of dried apricots, sprinkled with Natura cheese (excuse me, no parmesan) right away, and the rest was according to the recipe. Baked in the Princess on a grid with paper 17 min. I can only say that it is COMBINATION ! This is a recipe from the category of "guests on the doorstep", a gorgeous cake without eggs, but with cheese it turned out very original. I also somehow baked pancakes in yogurt, put in baking powder, and forgot the soda, so they turned out to be cool, and after that I never forget about her.

I rolled a bun of dough on a rug from the heart, kneaded it into a cake - about 1 cm thick (maybe a little more), the diameter of the cake turns out to be about 25 cm.I turned on the GF for 180 grams, set it for 20 minutes, because I decided to try this time without coups. After 15 minutes I could not stand it, spied it, saw that the cake had risen perfectly and was about to start to redden. I increased the temperature to 195g and opened the stove 5 minutes after it was turned off. timer. This time I did without the cheese spread, but it was rewarded with a superb crust all over the cake !! Delicious and fast !!! The photos, as always, were taken in the field ... In fact, the cake looks many times better! It looks like a "village" bread!
