The pie is delicious, it rose very well, the filling is cottage cheese, suluguni, an egg. We didn't have enough salt in the dough, next time I'll add a little more than the recommended norm. I baked in GF-ke, at the bottom of the grid + mat, first for 10 minutes at full power, then 5 minutes at 190 gr. And I held it for 5-7 minutes in the switched off closed oven. There is no need to turn the oven or pie, it rises perfectly and the top browns perfectly on its own
