Ingredients

pear 1 piece
chicken fillet 50-70 grams
cream of any fat content 120-150 grams
dry white wine 20 grams
butter 50 grams
vegetable oil 2 tsp
flour 1-2 tsp

It will look beautiful on the table for a holiday or just for dinner. Immediately a portioned dish, which is just as convenient. Cooking is easy. Also, purely for yourself - if the pears are soft, you can not cook them, or cook less. I had 3 pears and one soft - I pulled it out earlier (about half) and as a result they all turned out to be of the same strength. A light compote turned out as a bonus. I will repeat.
