And then inspiration arrived. I took the lid from the salad bowl, attached a foil side to it, it turned out what I needed. Poured caramel into it, and took up the jelly. With jelly, everything was as it should, I had star anise in the stars, the lemon was delicious, only the pectin popped 7 grams instead of 5, but it didn't get any worse.

Then there was the mousse, the subject of heated debate and the greatest excitement. I cooked the custard base without problems, nothing curled up. The thickness was like thick yogurt. I broke a white chocolate bar there. Gelatin ... Honestly, when it swelled, I panicked a little, it seemed that there was a lot of it, but trusting you, I put it all down.

In the process, the elder prince came, asked what I was doing, I said, they say, a cake.
