Ingredients

Dough
Wheat flour 500 gr
Sugar - 60 gr
Salt - 1 tsp
Fresh yeast 15 gr
Egg 1 pc
Butter - 70 gr
Milk 250 ml
Nut filling
Nuts 200 gr
Sugar - 80 gr
Butter - 50 gr

Cooking method

  • I kneaded the dough in HP, mode 2.20 min
  • Filling
  • Melt butter, add sugar, nuts and stirring in so much milk to make a thick porridge.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Grease a rectangle of dough with the filling. Fold the top third of the dough towards the center, then the bottom.

  • Cut the dough into strips, twist them, put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, grease with yolk and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, until browned at 200 degrees
