Slightly less than half a teaspoon.

I bought a Berrardi bread machine from Smart Tekhnika LLC. The oven all this time was working incorrectly, the recipes were disgusting, with mistakes, the bread was not tasty and was less in weight. The oven is now broken. There is a completely different company on the phone number indicated in the warranty card, the site declared as official does not work, there are no warranty and other workshops. Nobody sells Berrardi ovens anymore. People who have purchased this stove do not know where to go. I perceive this as a grandiose scam for shoving low-quality equipment to the consumer. I will contact law enforcement agencies and Rospotrebnadzor.

I agree completely - 100% scam. Now this wonderful oven is sold in the "bread house" as Guerra HV-2567, supposedly from a professional Italian oven manufacturer. The steaming methods are the same as described here above. I almost fell for this divorce. Be careful!!!

I also fell for this bait, and instead of Panasonic bought Guerra, then after reading the reviews I was very upset, but there was nowhere to go, I began to master my bread maker. Thank you very much Admin, I learned the basics of baking from her lessons! I started with wheat bread, now I am trying to bake rye-wheat bread, and this is where the snag came out, since all automatic modes in our oven have several kneading and very short rises, which does not fit with rye-wheat bread. Through trial and error, I still managed to establish that the manual mode in our bread maker can still be adjusted !!! TashaA, apparently the managers who advised you did not know about it themselves! Today I bake bread on manual mode according to the recipe from Elena Bo "Rye bread It's very simple" with some changes of my own in the recipe and I'll write down how it turned out later. And yet, it seems to me, no matter what brand of bread maker, it is important to understand the process of baking bread, and you can adapt to any oven. Successful breads, happy holidays!

marishka71, Good day! Could you put a couple of successful recipes to your bread maker. Thank you so much!

We bought this stove for a long time, the dispenser broke down almost immediately, stopped opening during baking. You have to disassemble each time, put the spring in place. This bread maker was the first to fall for the "Italian" one. Not worth your money, divorce is common.

And I have full hemorrhoids with this stove! The engine is XB-62/40-C. So when I work in intermittent mode, it stops by itself. Comes Xia forcedly hand on the shoulder blade to help him a little. And it turns on until the next plug. Works well in long-term mode. I tried to remove the belt from him, but this sore remains. Maybe something with a phase-shifting capacitor? But where does he stand ?? maybe someone has a schematic. Help someone.
In general, the stove is junk. There are no bearings there. Conventional copper-graphite bushings. Which flew a year later. Don't be fooled by this product !! Well, if you can, help me, pliz !!!

Bushings are in all HP, they fly from a low-quality oil seal. Look for a capacitor, in appearance and value, about 4mKF at 450V
arkady2
does it need to be additionally connected or replaced?
sazalexter
arkady2, Change to a new one.
arkady2
Then I clarify, and which one to change to a new one ?? same collector motor

Dear Alexander! Tell me please!
sazalexter
arkady2, Since it's not an asynchronous, there is no conder, you need to change the engine itself
