Masha, for the first time I tried tripe and tried it with mutton. We were visiting, the owners slaughtered a ram and treated us to it. I am indifferent to lamb, but when they brought the fried tripe, I was stunned how delicious it was. The trebuha was of course without cheese and wine, just fried with onions.
