Maybe someone will read and think before buying ...
My observations.

I would like, of course, the coolest and coolest. But .... not enough money. Kitchen eid, etc. I don’t consider fancy dough mixers, I’m not rich. But! I'm ready to dig in and buy something worthy, cheaper but not worse! MORE WITH TWO INTERESTING HOOKS !!!!!
I dug up and bought - HEMLUX.
Say what ... Would you like proteins with "hard peaks"? Run past him. For a long time, loudly and every other time, he will beat you proteins with dubiously "hard peaks". Where a penny mixer can handle in a couple of minutes (a scarlet or other Chinese crap with two wreaths for proteins, - there GEMLUX will be for TEN MINUTES nga yelling the whole kitchen, puffing at the last speeds and ... like whipping. Get a semi-liquid mass. But also on thank you.
Go ahead. Dough for dumplings and pasta. FORGET !!!!!!!!!!!! Will not mix. Will chase on a bowl, puff, overheat and behave strangely.
And finally - pizza dough! Easiest task for any planetary mixer as it is not too cool.
I am making a bookmark according to the instructions of the Italian pizza maker. I turn it on. What do our Gemlux MAGIC TWO HOOKS do? They create a kind of funnel around their axis like a skirt, which is large at the waist. They twist the dough around an empty space in the center of the "skirt", twist it in a circle - AND DO NOT MIX !!!
And so the dough turns for 5-10-15 minutes. And nothing new happens. The dough turns out to be disgusting, not mixed in any way, to be honest !!!! Even with hands it is easier and better !!!

What can he do?
Pancake dough. And even for pancakes, which is thicker. But to make a yeast pancake dough, hemlucus takes about 10 minutes. And a cheap mixer for about three minutes.
Beat the whites with high quality for meringue ...... You will suffer, I assure you. It will take a lot of time and nerves.
Pasta dough is not for him. There are secrets for such a dough in the internet - I'll look In the search engine, hammer in "cool dough in a submersible blender". I did this on my penny hand blender - and I'm happy with the result. But the jar of my hand blender is too small - and I have to make dough for dumplings in two or three passes. But in any case, it takes no more than TWO MINUTES for each run.
I tried it on the recently bought HEMLUX - I only bit my elbows that I bought it.
For proteins, to get really cool ... a hand blender with a foot will not work. But a hand mixer with two whisks from a little-known company will do.
Now I sit and think: FUCKED MONEY AND BOUGHT THIS Crap !!!!!!!!!

I saw on youtube how a lady beats proteins on it. How he cuts shots to remove unnecessary time of failures and torments, as he casually shows the spoon from which the mixture does not fall ..... It's sad and not true. What I bought is a completely unnecessary thing. And I do not advise anyone!

I want to stand up for this kitchen machine. At first I chose Moulinex, but it broke down after a week. I fought with the ASC for a long time to prove the malfunction, almost the matter did not come to court. The money was returned, I opted for the Gemlux with a 5 liter bowl. Recently received from an online store. Well packed in two boxes. It works quietly compared to the previous one. Beat two eggs with sugar in a thick "eggnog" (I haven't tried the proteins separately yet). I made the dough for manti and dumplings in two runs - kneads for 5 minutes, 10 - raises, 5 minutes - kneads again (about 1 kg of flour). The only thing is that I added a little more water than when mixing manually (I didn't want to immediately overload the kneader). The dough turned out wonderful, it was kneaded very well (manually kneading my hands hurt). Indeed, when kneading the dough, it spins like a funnel, but everything is kneaded perfectly. The finished manti tasted better than usual - the dough was softer and more tender. Batter (batter, pancakes) - no questions at all. During operation, the mixer hardly heats up, a fan works behind it, does not vibrate. I don’t know how it will be in long-term use. But I'm very happy so far.

Hello, at the moment I too am in an agonizing search for a planetary mixer at a reasonable price. I have a brown K 3000 harvester (I have it in the list of equipment). Power is 950 W, with three bowls, one of them is stainless steel for beating and kneading dough. He worked regularly for 12 years (it still works). I kneaded the dough on dumplings without question, beat eggs and whites from one to ten calmly. But a week ago the bowl went out of order. The attachment for the attachments collapsed. Such a bowl costs almost ten thousand. And I decided that it would be better to buy a new planetary mixer for dough and beating. My choice was almost leaning towards this car. But doubts remained: Reviews on the official website about the breakage of the whisk and hook. YouTube video that does not show the process in real time with the final result. and the brand itself jumped out like the devil from the snuffbox and here it is. juravlThank you for your honest feedback. I will think further.
lyuba-s
svet_lana, the electrolux is not worse than the kitchens, all positive emotions and it is all made of iron, even the iron gears I already looked at the spare parts website
svet_lana
lyuba-s, that's just the point, I don't need a kitchen machine. I don’t want to pay for potential opportunities that will not be in demand. I am looking for a device for kneading and whipping. Everything else is available in various versions. What is needed is a planetary mixer-kneader. Although the electrolux is a good company, my oven has been working for 10 years.
lyuba-s
svet_lana, and I wrote to you about the kneader and wrote, type electrolux assistant, there are many brands or colors of them, I just ordered waiting, but now I found it cheaper in meditation

Added Friday 10 Feb 2017 2:57 PM

I also don't need all the graters, and so on, too, as it were, everyone praises him in Europe too
svet_lana
I may not understand something. But all these options for assistants (red, black, blue) have the potential to purchase additional attachments, so the cost is very high. I don't need this potential in principle. Therefore, this brand is not suitable for me.
lyuba-s
svet_lana, Ariston for another 20 rubles and cheaper kneaders are rather weak, I have already rummaged through the entire Internet there are kenwoods they are good but expensive and cheap kenwoods are not so hot

Yes, that's just the point: more water, more rest, more in total. And then also knead on the table, adding flour, so that a normal dumpling dough turns out ... To make it easier for such a dough mixer is somehow sad.

About a year ago, I searched for a long time in a search engine for the secrets of quick kneading of a tough dough. I came across someone's video when a girl pours flour, then water and an egg into a jug of a submersible blender with flat knives (cutter-cutter, I think). Voila - in 30 seconds. evenly moist crumb. She pours it on the table, rolls it with handles so quickly into a ball - and for an hour to lay it down.
I was shocked! I have a bamix, the jug is very small. But I tried small portions in two passes - the dough turned out instantly, superbly kneaded. It's just that with my little jug it's a bit of a hemorrhoid to do several runs.
She told her mother this secret, she is old, it is difficult for her to knead by hand. But she has an antediluvian BOSH harvester with a multi-mixer (the same cutter, but with a larger volume). She tried it - delighted! Everyone envies me that I use the Internet and find all sorts of "secrets".
But a year ago, they were driving to the village in the spring with their beloved BOSCH combine - and had an accident. We tumbled upside down several times. Thank God they are alive! But that multi-mixer is to smithereens. She misses him.
So I bought a Gemlux, first I tried it myself on a cool test, then to give it to my mother. Well, what can I say ..... Just money down the drain - this Gemlux

Everything else is available in various versions. What is needed is a planetary mixer-kneader. Although the electrolux is a good company, my oven has been working for 10 years.

By the way, - I was looking at Electrorlux! But I fell for TWO HOOKS in Gemlux. I bought a Gemlux. The two-hook idea is pretty good. But they didn't design it properly.
I coined the term "skirt" myself. Here I was kneading pizza dough on it .... The hooks are so interesting and mesmerizing! But I look at the kneading process .... What do I see? A void formed around the center of the hooks. My dough is spinning in the inner circle, touching the walls of the tsasha. Spinning and spinning ..... I noticed a wrinkle-fold on the test - and .... I watch it .... As a result: the wrinkle-fold does not change, does not shift to the center, no changes occur to it. So these two hooks drive this "skirt" of dough around its axis. In short - ONE PROFANATION OF MIX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a Panasonic bread maker. It took up half of the countertop. Kneading the dough with her tiny spatula HURRY!
But I recently bought an electric oven to replace my old gas stove. And I thought: what about a bread maker for me? I'd rather buy a kneader and bake bread in a new oven. So I decided. I sold my wonderful bread maker on Avita - and bought a Gemlux.
As a result, I received a completely deplorable replacement. There is an oven, there is no bread machine, but it is impossible to knead yeast dough with high quality on Gemluxen, because it simply drives the dough in a circle.
Girls!!!! Think a hundred times before buying this Gemlux !!! I am very, well, very sorry that I made such a "castling" in the sale and purchase of my household appliances !!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Avito there are often good deals on Bosch. You can buy not expensive in excellent condition. I managed to catch a new one for my relatives at a ridiculous price.

Ooooooooooo - yes !!!!!
I found such an ad! The lady was selling everything from Bosch to my mother, because her combine engine burned out.
She sold the Multi-Mixer at the price of NEW. I bazaar with her, she - not in any! Does not reduce the price. I tell her that for the price of her antediluvian multi-mixer for Bosch, you can buy a WHOLE NEW COMBINE - simpler companies, even cutting into cubes!
She rested! I give, it will be 10 years more to sell spare parts from my Bosch)))))

juravl,

Juravl, tell me, please, what is available on the market today from such equipment for 10 thousand? Planetary mixers are very expensive. Of course, this Gemlux is not "aerobatics", but what it is intended for, it does it regularly. Beats eggs well, kneads bread dough perfectly, dumplings too. Liquid dough - no questions asked. I chose for a long time, but to give 30 thousand for a kneading machine - then the toad defeated the hamster ... I got a Moulinex at a discount, but broke down right away, I looked at Bosch and Kenwood, but they seemed unreliable with inexpensive nozzles. According to the operating mode, they are all designed for a continuous mode of 5-10 minutes. It's okay, the dough is just melting, then I mix it for a few more minutes. I checked it again (already with the normal proportions of water and flour) - everything is kneaded, took out - and into the refrigerator. People, I do not praise this particular mixer, I do not even know how long it will work (pah-pah!), But I am for justice. In general, given the considerable cost of such a kitchen. machines, it is quite possible to do without it. For that kind of money, kitchens. the combine will beat and mix pancakes, and the housewives have long learned how to make cool dough in a bowl with knives, rub it, cut it into cubes and squeeze the juice. But now I already have everything, I wanted such a "toy". It seemed to me that in terms of price-quality ratio this Gemlux wins in comparison with others. But there is no need to expect any miracles from him. For example, a couple of proteins with an immersion blender with a whisk attachment in special. in a narrow container, you will beat in 1-2 minutes, the planetary mixer will puff for at least 5 minutes. The dough - you also need to look, if necessary, correct it with a spatula (it can wind up on the hook and stick to the bowl). In general, an assistant to the hostess, but not a substitute for hands. And worth it - wow! Therefore, the expectations are too high.
Today I made a charlotte, I interfered with everything in the square. mixer - beat 3 eggs with sugar (5 min), added 1 glass. flour, cinnamon, baking powder (mixed for 1 min), chopped apples there (it was mixed for another half a minute), everything was in a cartoon, after 30 minutes - on the table, and after 40 minutes. she was gone.

ququu
I also want to insert my five cents, whips the whites perfectly, turn them upside down - they hang.
Two squirrels - yes, it beats for a long time, because the whisk barely touches them, after beating two proteins (for the sake of experiment) I added three more and they beat in a couple of minutes
on account of the fact that she was roaring - she also disagreed, now she was beating eggs at speed 8 - a child was sleeping in the next room - he did not wake up.
in five minutes at the 8th speed, the temperature of the body above the leg is 34 degrees (electric thermometer)

steep dough - I can't do it with hooks - my head starts jumping and a roaring sound turns out (I'm scared - turn it off, maybe I have a marriage?), but I watched a video of kneading pasta: the uncle was kneading a beater on Kenwood, I must try.

I think that for less than 11 thousand is a dream. a good Bosch hand mixer now costs 6 thousand, but it will not make bread dough.
I make bread every other day (molded), mixes well,
Only when kneading rye does my dough climb up a small hook, sometimes I take it off.
By the way, the hooks are inserted into the glasses, at first I was worried that the dough would creep into the gears or throw flour there, my husband looked - said - calmly, this is impossible, there is a glass and a spring in it.
I watched a video once, there are several housewives testing their mixers at the same time, I just remember there was an electrolux, kenwood, bosh mum and kichen, and after disassembling them in the workshop, some had flour inside.
lyuba-s
ququu, and in which do you remember? I knead bread with my hands on the table like dumplings Just let it stand for half an hour and then knead well again

Added Sunday 12 Feb 2017 03:29

in my opinion, it is better to take the 4th series mummy for 9 pokes, they say they also knead the dough
ququu
Bosch mum does not suit me in design, I have a tabletop 75 cm wide and I need the mixer to be extended along the wall, and not occupy the tabletop in width, I hope I explained clearly

in what agony was - I do not remember, I will try to find this video on freedom
and I don't have time to knead bread with my hands and I get tired, but I really want not to eat yeast. I have three children, work, younger peasants are growing up - constantly give me something to eat, that's why I bought it, constantly bread and either biscuit or biscuit roll, chocolate on boiling water, and this is all by the way - while I'm cooking dinner, and if to allocate time for this - then I got tired so that nothing and no joy
And now I am happy and free time even appeared
You can't knead yeast dough in 5 minutes with your hands, and if rye - brrr
She persuaded her husband to buy a mixer until she gave him rye dough to knead his beloved bread - and that's all - immediately agreed, but my husband is not dead - a brown belt for kyokushinkai, it's just sticky - just a guard, personally I just don't have a hand after him stirred.

a large kitchen is a dream, we have only 9 meters, it seems spacious, but there is still little space
I had in view of that the tabletop is 75 cm wide - the depth, I don’t know, is standard 60 cm, but we sawed off 5 cm from 80 cm and the mixer stood all the time on the table so as not to carry it around and during work so as not to interfere with the main activities. otherwise the assistants, standing on the chairs, help to cook on the side, if the tabletop is busy with something, it will not turn around

and we wanted three children at once, even before the wedding, I regret one thing that I didn’t make any difference between them, but somehow fate itself distributed it, my husband was a military man, we went, it was not so easy to give birth to children
And many children are such happiness, I would be younger, I would have given birth to one or two more, oh, I lost something

In general, the main complaint against him is that he SPINS the dough around the hooks in a circle. Twists but does not stir like any other mixer or bread maker. The dough is not kneading properly. Like a tiny spatula in a bread maker. She moves this dough ball back and forth there, everything turns upside down, from the edges to the center of the funnel. There is a full-fledged khames.
In the hemlux it is like a merry-go-round, where all the "horses-chairs" spin the same way.
lyuba-s
juravl, would take bosch for 9t
juravl
Bosch MUM is already 10 years old. Weak, although still alive. But it was given to my mom for a long time. Now I have a Gemlux.
There is Bamiks with additional features - there I "cut" the dough for dumplings in a cutter, beat with a foot with pureed soups right in the pan.
There is generally some kind of incomprehensible company for 5 kopecks a hand mixer with whisks - I beat the whites with it.
There is an expensive jug blender Raumid Samurai - it was bought recently from my passion for green cocktails.
But it is real and high-quality to make yeast dough .... Alas ..... Gemlux was bought just for this. But the quality of the batch is inert.
It's fair. Just thrown away money.
ququu
juravl, how do you determine the quality of the dough kneading? Maybe I don't understand something ...
Gingi
juravl, and the nozzles are not regulated in any way. Maybe you can somehow tighten-screw the nozzle in order to get it better? On the kenwoods, the girls tweak it, and then they perfectly interfere - beat even one egg.
juravl
Oh, I don’t know ... I’m afraid to be introduced into the structure. There is nothing in the instructions about changing the position of the attachments.
Gingi
juravlThere are not many girls there, as if crumpled and pressed, so that it would be better to reach the bottom. We tried so that 8 sheets of paper could be inserted between the nozzles and the bottom of the bowl. There even in the instructions there is an indication that all attachments, except for the hook, can be adjusted.
ququu
honestly, I don’t know why beat one egg, I’ll have to wash more, faster with a whisk in a stall

Posted Monday 13 Feb 2017 11:39 am

I think that the whisk should not be touched there, it is very hard and at the bottom there is a pipka
Gemlux GL-SM5G planetary mixer

I tried to put 8 sheets of paper under the rim, they barely got through and the rim deviated, but pushed it in.

that's how I whipped up 2 squirrels, I didn't think to check for peaks.

Good day! I want to argue what I wrote juravl!
I am very pleased with this planetary mixer, I have already had it for two months and I have tried almost everything on it (except for yeast dough).
I bought this mixer because of marshmallows, it copes with these.
The first thing I did when I got it, I tried the whisk. Beat the protein without any problems, he beat them to steady peaks. The next ones I tried a flat beater, mixed everything for a capital cake. Coped without difficulty. And also now I use it for mixing minced meat.
The next one I tried two hooks made a dough for noodles (egg -2pcs, water -60g, salt -0.5 tsp, flour -300g). I did it very well, kneaded a very elastic dough. From this dough I made noodles and lasagna sheets. Both the soup and lasagna were delicious.
Then I tried these two hooks for kneading dumplings (flour-450g, water-210ml, egg 1pc, pinch of salt). The dough turned out to be gorgeous. I made pasties and dumplings. The pianos skated very easily.
I repeat once again that I am very pleased with this mixer))))
The assistant in the kitchen is now irreplaceable, since I very often make muffins and cakes, dumplings and pasties.
Mamakotic
Hello, how does he whip up marshmallows? will meringue with 4 proteins?
Anna1987
Mamakotic, I very often make meringues with one protein, to decorate the cake, whips well. The puree with protein on the marshmallow whips perfectly. I make marshmallows for 125g of boiled fruit puree for 1 protein.
Mamakotic
How much do you use your mixer? Are you satisfied with it? Thank you

I will raise the topic, because the question arose of choosing a mixer with an emphasis on kneading dough. This model is interesting to me, because it is in my price range. Gemlux GL-SM5G has a younger brother (budget): GEMLUX GL-SM5.2GR. Please respond to the owners of these models. I can't find a video of kneading dough anywhere ...
koctill
Yesterday they brought an older brother from the whole family: GL-SM10GR, oh and he was healthy, he took the infection blindly, but he mixed the weight on the ciabatta for the first time, it turned out exceptional, on the bread maker when it’s like, but here the first time, the main thing is to see everything and add everything is convenient, 500gr. flour for him is not enough a portion, you will have to count the recipe to 700, it is planned to use sausage mince, ham, etc., so I took a large one, in short, I'm happy))
Sasha55
It took me a long time to choose a mixer .... I bought GL-SM5.2B. I'll tell you a very budget option right away. 5500 in the Metro. The body is plastic. Two hooks. 1000W. Suitable for my needs. I don't make cakes to order. I cook for a family of 3 people. The rye bread dough kneaded very well the muffin dough too. I haven't whipped the whites yet. I didn't like mashed potatoes with bitters. lumps were. Minced meat for ham is also super. So far, I seem to be happy. The disadvantage is that it is very noisy ... Especially at 6 speed. I have not yet understood about the impulse when and why it is needed.

These are the hooks.

Tell me, who uses this mixer, do you beat and knead the dough for 5 minutes and turn it off?

No. I stir as much as I need. min 10 exactly interfered. True, I have little experience of using. 5 minutes. which is too little.

I have a different brand, but also noisy and also at 6 speed .. Well, the main thing is that it would cope well with the tasks set, and we will somehow survive the noise ..
Sasha55
So I think the same.
the main thing is to do well with the assigned tasks,
Although it seemed to me that I would beat 6 proteins per cake faster with a hand mixer.

Sasha55
So this is the root cause of the purchase. It is very inconvenient to whip. With one hand you need to hold the mixer, the other a bowl-bowl, and pour sugar with the third or pour hot syrup. I'm talking about time. buzzed for a long time (well, it seemed to me)
