Thank you for the recipe from the bottom of my heart and my big family of sweet eaters. The threat of a fat butt in the long run forces you to look for low-calorie snacks. Marmalade, and even homemade, is salvation! I am reporting. I took an unripe Antonovka, peeled off the skin, seeds and seed films, put apple pieces on the paper in the oven. They warmed up at 140 degrees for an hour. Then I had to leave for several hours. Upon arrival, I took out a baking sheet neatly in a wide glass bowl, laid everything out, rubbed it with a wooden spatula, and it turned out to be puree. I added 300 grams of sugar, but that's for my taste. Then I put it in the microwave, everything was according to the recipe, because the oven was 110 degrees. An hour later I turned on the convection. Time has not yet come, so I'll get it - I'll share the result. And, yes, after the microwave the puree became very thick.

I experimented with plums by accident))
100% plum marmalade using the same technology, but I had to drive it out in the microwave 6 times. It was a little thin. But he grabbed "tightly". Much more woody than apple.
Yet apple is my favorite !!

Initial baking in the oven gives an excellent result - mashed apples with sugar, slightly boiled, are already starting to solidify. I think I will use this technology for apple jam, I really liked it.
I boiled the applesauce on the stove for about 10 minutes and left it overnight, by the morning everything was frozen in the pan.I baked for about 1.5 hours in a silicone mold (there was no other suitable in shape) along with baking paper, left to cool in the oven, everything set perfectly.
Still, Antonovka is a wonderful apple, the most fragrant and pectin
