Charlotte honey-nut

Ingredients

eggs are large 4 things
honey light 135 g
granulated sugar 80 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 160 g
nuts (almonds or hazelnuts) 50 g
baking powder 1 tsp
salt pinch
apples 3 pcs

Cooking method

  • Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder.
  • Beat eggs with sugar and honey until fluffy white foam.
  • Mix flour with salt and baking powder, sift.
  • Gently, kneading with a spatula, add flour mixture and chopped nuts to the egg mass.
  • Peel apples (preferably sour varieties), cut into small cubes. Add to the dough, mix.
  • Grease a baking dish (24 cm) with butter. Lay out the dough, flatten.
  • Charlotte honey-nut
  • Bake at 180C (convection 160C) degrees for about 50 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer.
  • Remove the cake from the mold, cool completely.
