Having a multicooker, an airfryer and a REDMOND kettle at home, I decided to buy their harvester for my birthday. Mainly because of the cube cutter. A week ago I became the owner of REDMOND-3904. On the first day I tested graters / shredders. The harvester coped with carrots on a coarse grater and onions on a coarse shredder in a matter of seconds. Sometimes I didn't even have time to throw vegetables. On the second day there were a lot of plans. It was necessary to chop onions, beets and carrots into borscht using a cube cutter. Shred the cabbage on a fine shredder to the same place. And slice the fries with the French fries attachment. With onions and beets, the harvester coped with a bang, but the new harvester broke down on the second carrot. This despite the fact that after the beets, I gave him a break while washing and peeling the carrots. The rest of the carrots had to be grated on a coarse grater. There were no problems with the cabbage shredder. But while processing potatoes, the harvester began to jump on the tabletop with such force that even its legs could hardly keep it from taking off. Out of harm's way, I even moved the kettle to the windowsill. Although wild jumps and vibrations did not prevent us from slicing a pan full of potatoes. In general, on the third day I took the harvester to the store. At first they tried to send them to the forest, citing the fact that the breakdown is mechanical and this is not a warranty case. They say they are to blame, there was nothing to poke a carrot into it, they bought it, put it on the shelf and let it collect dust. After she started to get furious and raised her voice, she was taken for examination. I did not expect such a terrible (to say the least) quality from REDMOND equipment.

Margot, The sleeve of nozzles is broken, as spare parts are not found in nature. Alas, the store said correctly, the case is not guaranteed. There are many reports on the Internet about this problem.

Margot, I have been using it rarely for 4 years and only once broke a cube, but the truth is raw beets. I don’t cut it on a cube anymore. True, just in case, I bought 2 blocks at once.
