COOKING CREAM FOR NAPOLEON
----------------------------
Beat 4 eggs with 2 cups of sugar, add and stir 14 rounded teaspoons of flour. Boil 1 liter of milk separately in a saucepan, mix everything and in a hotter for simmering. Timer for 15 minutes, when it gets boiled, mix everything in a saucepan, again for 15 minutes for simmering. And so 4 times, until there is a thick custard. Nothing burned, just fine.

Tell us how to make MILK rice porridge in Multichotter, pliz.
Barbarian
listen, do you really need paper? Will the casserole burn? Nobody tried it WITHOUT paper?
Barbarian
Either I somehow read the instructions wrong, or something ...
Does the Multichotter have a start delay?
Barbarian
hmm ...
I cooked borscht in a cartoon. I fried the meat (I took the turkey) for 10 minutes, added it there and fried the carrots and onions and beets for another 10 minutes.
She poured two liters and a half of boiling water, after boiling (on "boiling") she waited 15 minutes, covered with straws chopped potatoes and finely shredded cabbage and closed the cartoon for 15 minutes after boiling. Turned it off, then turned it off for another 20-30 minutes for a guarantee.
Just before the finish, I add tomato cubes and lemon juice.
We got it in two passes. Everybody asked for supplements.

Barbarian there is a delay only for the Porridge / Rice mode ...

Either I'm dumb or blind. How to enable it?
klavusa
In my opinion, you need to set the time on the timer after which the porridge should start to cook. For example, it is now 10 o'clock. I want to set the timer for 5 pm. It will be in 7 hours. Stavl. on the timer 7 hours 00 minutes, and then click on the rice-porridge program. And the countdown will begin from 7 hours downward, 6.59 .... 6.58 .... and so on to 0, and then the porridge program will turn itself on after 7 hours on the machine for 25 minutes. Try to put it like this in 10 minutes first and make sure.

Thank you very much for the recipe. Super!!! I put in some more vanilla. The only thing, 1 hour and 20 minutes was not enough for me, I added another 40 minutes. It cracked on top, but it did not affect the taste, did not dry out. I couldn't wait to cool down, laid it out hot, she crumpled a little. I think this will now be our favorite breakfast, I will do it in the evening, so that it has time to cool down HUGE THANKS !!!!!!!

I also made chakhokhbili in my miracle pot like this. Cut 2 large onions into half rings, fry for 7 minutes with the addition of rast. oils. In the meantime, cut the tray of wings into phalanges (well, that is, from the whole wing, 3 parts turned out). Put the onion, bring the wings to half-readiness in the frying (it prevented 2-3 times, the lid was first opened, then stood for 10 minutes with the lid closed), then returned the onion back, added chopped tomatoes without the skin (to speed up the process, I buy ready-made), salt- pepper to taste, hops-suneli a little, about 10 minutes on the frying, then about 20 minutes simmering, then I added 3 cloves of chopped (not squeezed) garlic and a small bunch of cilantro and another 20 minutes languishing. Cilantro, in my opinion, is mandatory, it gives insane flavor, without it it's just a chicken in a tomato. Time exposed everything to the eye, since I only have a cartoon for a couple of weeks, I haven't quite got used to it yet.
Angelelo4ka
Hello everybody!
I have a question: does anyone bake bread in a hotter !?
krivoshapka
Angelelo4ka As far as I can imagine, bread cannot be made in a multi-hooter ... well, although someone may have tried it, the impossible is possible ...

Girls, still tell me, maybe I started to find fault, of course, but lately when I cook soups in a multi-hooter they turn out to be fatty ... maybe you need to pour less oil for frying ... I fry everything first (meat, carrots, fried onions), pour water, add potatoes and boil them, then simmer for 20 minutes with seasonings to taste ... Maybe I didn't notice this before, I don't know ...

Girls, old-timers, please answer. Someone baked meat in a large piece on boiling or frying, as they do in Panas on baked goods for more than an hour. I have a fear that everything will burn out during this time, if you do not pour at least a glass of water. But this is no longer baking. Maybe they have heating on the side? Who has this experience?

I won't tell you about a piece of meat, I made a pork shank (it has a bone inside). First, I fried it on the fry from all sides, I won't tell you in time - by eye, the fat is heated there, so I didn't grease the bowl with anything. Then I put it on languor for 2 hours.

I made baked milk yesterday. I set the "languor" mode for 6 hours. It turned out very tasty. True, the brown film-crust did not work out. Maybe you need to set the clock to 8?

I want to make milk rice porridge in the Multichotter, but I have not mastered this machine well enough yet. The recipe says: "cook in the frying mode for 15 minutes." What position should the oil / steam switch be in? On the one hand, according to the instructions in the frying mode, you need to put on "butter", but on the other hand, the porridge is boiled, not fried! So I sit and wonder. ... ... Help me out, please.

Multihotter Recipes (from the site of "Seven Hills")

* Rice porridge with raisins

We need:
1.5 tbsp. rice, 0.5 water, 0.5 tbsp. milk, 2-3 tbsp. l. sugar, 2/3 tbsp. raisins.

Preparation:
Pour the washed rice into the bowl of the multi-hoter and add water - cook in the "frying" mode for 15 minutes. Then add sugar, raisins, milk - mix everything and bring to readiness for 20 minutes on the "simmering" mode
Did anyone use this recipe to cook porridge in Multhotter? What kind of porridge turns out?

Now I cook milk rice porridge in a Redmond 4504 multicooker-pressure cooker. I take a rice / milk ratio of 1: 6 to get a boiled, slightly liquid porridge.
I would like to cook in the Multichotter, but this moment confuses: when cooking in the "frying" mode, the valve (according to the instructions) should be in the "oil" position, but what about when cooking porridge? There is no oil, it seems that the valve should be set to the "steam" position. ... ... I sit and wonder.

Here is a sclerotic! I already asked this question, however, no one answered me.

500 gr. cottage cheese (2 packs of cottage cheese 250 each), 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina, granulated sugar (we love sweet casseroles, so I put a lot - 4 tablespoons). And I cooked according to the recipe taken on the Littleone forum 🔗
All mixed up. She greased a saucepan with butter. I put it on 60 minutes. BOIL, then for 20 min. LANGUOR.

It turned out very tasty, we liked it more than when I cooked according to the same recipe in the airfryer.

FISH IN CABBAGE

Prepared according to a recipe known to everyone. The cabbage turned out to be tender and soft, the fish is juicy.

Ingredients:

4 portions of trout
cabbage leaves
1 lemon (I have a lime)
soy sauce to taste
dill, parsley
seasoning for fish
salt

Recipe:

Wash the cabbage and separate 1 leaf for each piece of fish.
Cut thick veins from the leaves.
Blanch the cabbage leaves for 2-3 minutes (put in Brown for 20 minutes)
Pour cold water over the leaves and let the water drain.
Pour lemon juice on the outside and inside the trout.
Season with pepper, salt and brush with soy sauce.
Wrap each piece of fish in a cabbage leaf. Divide large pieces in half.
Place wrapped fish pieces in a slow cooker
Pour half a glass of cabbage broth into the bottom of the multicooker (poured from the steamer pan). In Multichotter I have put on the program "Rice-porridge", it lasts 25 minutes. It turned out juicy.
Place the fish in cabbage on a plate, pour over the sauce.

So that the topic does not die out, I post another recipe.Found on the Internet and applied to our cartoon. [ImgMultichotter - a collection of recipes]

Beans, lentils with vegetables

Ingredients:1 eggplant
4 large tomatoes
1 onion
2 peppers
adjika, salt, pepper, spices, herbs)
1 multi-cup green lentils
2 multi-cups beans
1.5 glasses of water

Preparation:
We wash the legumes well, put them in a multicooker (I'm in the Multichotter), set the "cooking" mode - 1.5 hours, then it smoothly switches to the "bain-marie" until the morning. In the morning we cut vegetables, herbs, spices and put them in a cartoon., Put on "rice" (this is the shortest program - 25 minutes) At this time, fry the onion in oil, finely chop the garlic. We mix everything. The dish is ready.
Bon Appetit.

This topic was completely abandoned, no one wrote anything for a long time. ... ... And I cooked chicken wings yesterday in Multichotter. I took as a basis the recipe for wings in a multicooker, which Veronica posted in the topic "Grilled wings in an airfryer" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=178304.0

I cooked in sunflower oil. I didn't pickle the wings in advance, just put them in the bowl of the Multichotter and sprinkle them generously with seasonings. I cooked in the "Fry" mode - first 15 minutes on one side, then turned it over and another 15 minutes on the other. I could not decide how best to cook: with the lid open or closed. Then I put it on "languor", well, here, in my opinion, the longer the better. But since I really wanted to eat, I only survived for half an hour. The wings turned out to be incredibly tasty: with a crispy crust, but at the same time amazingly soft and tender.

Just roast beef

Cut the beef into thick slices (1-1.5 cm) Slightly beat off. In the hotter I heat up the oil for a couple of minutes (a couple of tablespoons), put the beef, closed the lid, set it for 10 minutes. In 10 minutes. turned over, salted, spices to taste and another 10 minutes. Done. Soft, tasty If the beef gives a lot of water, do not close the lid, keep ajar.

Girls, take a newcomer into your family. A week ago, I was presented with a Multichost. She knocked off her feet looking for recipes for him. Thanks for prompting this forum. Have any of you made buckwheat with milk? Share your experience with a newbie, pliz.
Natusya
Buckwheat 1 glass (250g),
water 3 stack.
milk 1.5 stack.
salt 0.75 tsp
sugar 1-2 tsp
butter 1-2 tbsp. l.
Sort the buckwheat, pour over with boiling water, pour it into a cartoon, pour water and milk, add salt, sugar and butter. Frying program 5-8 minutes, then simmering for about 1 hour.
I also did it with stew
water 4 stack.
buckwheat 1 cup
beef stew 2 cans (put 1, it turned out to be not enough.) In this case, oil is not needed.
Tanyushka67
Thank you. And both recipes on the frying program? Does the porridge turn out liquid or not? And if, for example, do it from the "cut", then probably less time should be set.
Tanyushka67
And another question. Why is the mode indicator blinking after 4 minutes in any mode?

Frying program 5-8 minutes, then Simmering for about 1 hour. The porridge is not liquid, of medium density. I don't like dry (crumbly).
Tanyushka67
I understood about the blinking myself. I looked by email. counter. When it blinks, it seems that the multicooker is simply turned off, since the counter does not spin "like crazy" at this time. And after a while it turns on again and the button stops flashing

Beef cutlets in oat bran.
500 grams of ground beef,
1 egg,
a little salt + Ukrainian spices.
Mix everything well, roll in oat bran.
Output 8 pieces.
In the cartoon, she poured water, put a stand and put the cutlets on the wire rack.
Deep-frying mode (until the water boils), then Steam / Boil cutlets for 20 minutes and meatballs for 30 minutes
They didn't look very good, but they were delicious ...
I'm on the Ducan diet now, on the Attack, that's why I cook everything without oil.
You can congratulate me: minus 2.6 kg in a week

My husband is suspicious of my current cooking, and when he tried these cutlets ...
I thought I wouldn't stay for tomorrow (for lunch). Managed 2 pcs. remove.
The cartoon fits 6 pieces at a time.

It's baked, but heavy, sour and completely uninteresting. A recipe for those whose family is not at all rid of desserts. I cannot offer a recipe in return, I counted until today and I continue to believe that the Multichotter is not for baking. Rough and tasteless.
P.S. By the way, I'm not a young baker. I am a housewife with experience and a lot of technology, I just rarely write)
