Rice noodles with seafood

Ingredients

Rice noodles 200 g
Seafood (frozen mussels, squid, octopus) 500 g
Bulgarian red pepper 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Garlic 1 tooth.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 4 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Defrost seafood, rinse, dry. Pour 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Stir and leave in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  • Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. In mine it was written - after boiling, cook for 6-8 minutes. Drain the water.
  • Onions, carrots, grate on a coarse grater.
  • Dice the pepper, pass the garlic through a press.
  • Fry onions, garlic, carrots, peppers in hot oil, filling in turns. Fry for 7 minutes.
  • Add seafood, stir and fry for another 7 minutes.
  • Add noodles, 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, stir and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • I really like rice noodles. Not only is it healthy, dietary, but also very tasty. And when combined with seafood, it is just a festive and elegant dish. It turned out very tasty and aromatic. Due to the preliminary marinating of seafood, the mussels' fishy smell is completely absent.

It can be found in all cereals. Many people are allergic to gluten, which is why rice noodles are especially prized by people with gluten intolerances. It turns out that rice noodles are an excellent product for maintaining shape and mood. This product contains a small amount of salt and therefore is well suited for people with diseases of the kidneys, heart and blood vessels. The composition of rice is devoid of fiber, so noodles from it are easily digested and suitable for consumption by the elderly and children. Rice noodles are ideal for diet food.
