And just after processing with boiling water, pour the marinade. But I stopped doing it a long time ago, I usually pour tomatoes once with boiling water, the second time with marinade. And according to this recipe, cucumbers are immediately poured with boiling water, salt, sugar I pour directly into the jars and I have great. But I have a cold basement, there is all the conservation. But judging by the experience of many unsubscribed girls in this topic, many keep these jars in an apartment and everything is fine without any problems ..
I sterilize the cans and the lids are more out of habit, because they stand empty in my basement in the open during the whole NOT seating season. She took out a jar, washed it and sterilized it for a couple. I put the greens washed under running water, and well dried.
