Vinokurova
Anya, even tasteless pears will play!
Song
Got it! I will buy the tasteless ones.
gala10
Anyut, come on, do it, I'm waiting for your impressions!
Natalia K.
Well, I've already had my fill of the soaked apples. Now let's get down to pears
gala10

Yeah Gal will definitely try. I already love pears very much, and your sous-prominent ones in general

Gal here as soon as I will do it right away

Natalia K.
Galya I made your pears. Believe me without photos, they turned out very tasty. Thanks for the recipe.
gala10
Nataliya, I am very glad that I liked the pears. Thanks for the report!
GruSha
Galina, and 70 degrees are allowed? I have either 60 or 70.
gala10
Gulsine, of course! When I didn't have Shteba, I did it in Brand at 70 degrees.
GruSha
Fine!!! As soon as I get my own vacuum sealer, I'll do it. Thank you
GruSha
Galina, I poured water at once 55-60 degrees, the time is 3 hours (one hour less than in the recipe) and 70 degrees. Did you break any rules? There is still an opportunity to fix
gala10
Gulsine, I would do that too. I think everything will be fine.
GruSha
Galina, fuf, waiting)))
gala10
Gulsine, then write how it happened, okay?
GruSha
GalI'll put it in the cold for the night. I'll try and write tomorrow
GruSha
Galina, I opened a bag in the morning. I took different varieties of pears for the experiment :) And those that are hard crunch slightly, they did not become completely soft. But this is not for everybody, not everyone loves soft pears But fragrant and completely saturated with syrup. Soft in general wow!
gala10
Gulsine, thanks for the report! I am very glad that everything worked out.

If you and I do not succeed this time with such beauty, it will be necessary to correct something in the ASG)))))

Probably, you need to look to make the skin turn yellow ... maybe then they will turn out to be amber?.
gala10
AlenKa, and I just looked at the first photo in the recipe. And there, too, it turned out quite amber. And the original pears were not even yellow at all.

I still do not understand, do not refrigerate in ice water, like meat? and then in one recipe that I found in the internet, it is written that it is necessary to cool, in this - no, because is it correct? sorry to ask stupid questions, but I'm a complete "teapot" in suvid.
j @ ne
Olga, ice water is needed specifically for meat, in this recipe the product slowly cools down, soaked in jam. If you have oak pears, then you can set the temperature to 70 degrees, if softer - then 65. In any case, it turns out delicious!
It's good that they raised the recipe, I haven't done it for a long time, it's time to repeat!

but if botulism can develop in squash caviar, can't it develop in fruits? after all, if you don't put it in an ice bath, then different byaks can develop, can't they? something I'm in doubt straight (

I have frozen pear in pieces.
It is interesting to try, maybe it will also be delicious. I tried to use frozen in baked goods, but it turned out to be harsh.
gala10
francevna, Alla, in this way even the most inedible pear becomes a delicacy. Try it, then you will tell.
francevna
gala10, Galina, but I have no jam. You need to think of something.
