Note

A recipe from a series on the "eye".

When the Christian tradition of ecclesiastical fasting was taking shape, a steady division of products into lean and modest ones took shape, then the “skull-skinned” ones also fell into the sphere of definition of the church fathers and the creators of ascetic rules. These include shellfish. It was allowed to eat them during the days of Great Lent, when butter is allowed.

This salad can be made after the fast by adding eggs and regular mayonnaise.

Delicious. Recommend!

Angela, great salad! Yesterday I bought squid smoked in oil, you can dry them in this salad too. There will be a smoky aftertaste!
