Ingredients

Wheat flour 500 g
Fast-acting dry bakery yeast 7 g
Granulated sugar 100 g
Sugar with natural vanilla 10 g
Salt 6 g
Curd 9% fat 200 g
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Butter 100 g
Milk 3.5% fat 150 g
Cashew (crushed) 100 g
Candied fruit 150 g
Sugar (for glaze) 100 g
Water (for glaze) 50 g
Lemon juice (for glaze) 2 tsp
Egg white (for glaze) 1 PC.
Color sprinkling 1 tsp
Sugar pencils 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • 1. Knead the dough using the ingredients listed in the recipe.
