Have you checked the quality of the dough? This usually happens when there is a very cool batch. The dough should always be soft, but not runny.

The easiest white bread made from wheat flour

Yes, it is when the kneading is too steep that it creaks slightly and an excessive load on the drive is heard ... But at first I had one more reason for creaks and grinding. The manufacturer did not fasten the screw under the "crown" of the drive, and when it got under the drive, it made such a sound. I had to disassemble the furnace and fix the drive. The screws are clearly visible under the bucket (there are 3 of them). Well, and probably at least once a year, rubbing parts should be lubricated with a lubricant suitable for these purposes.

Good day. Tell me where you can download the REAL instruction in Russian for the Unold 68616 bread machine (or 68615 they are identical). The stove was recently bought, there is no Russian instruction, because this brand is not officially supplied to the CIS market. Yours faithfully

april2002, Alas, nowhere.

Ladies and gentlemen, when I started looking, I came across a complete clone of this bread maker, started digging and, with great difficulty, managed to get the instructions for the clone, and I found the clone in the market, which offered new bakery machines, in short, to whom I can send it, because beginners are not allowed to distribute links here. By the way, the clone is called the comfort of maestro 1316, but despite its price it is not easy to take

Good day, friends.
I own the Unold 68615 bread machine and have been actively using it for almost 3 years.

Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the bucket began to leak. The option to change the bread maker was not even considered, because everything is fine.

It was not possible to pick up a new bucket and, after studying the topic, it was decided to repair it on our own.
As the analysis of the bucket showed, the Germans did everything possible so that the bucket was not repairable and, at the same time, did not last long. To prevent anyone from repairing, the structure was made non-separable and inconvenient, and to make the bucket oil seal fail, the inner hole of the bucket base sleeve was made larger in diameter than the pulley (drive axis), which is why the pulley is very loose.

Unfortunately, there are no spare parts and parts for the bucket on sale.I'm not a turner, so I tried to repair a bucket with commercially available materials and parts from other bread machines and even from cars.

So, for the repair you will need:

- an oil seal from the LG 20x8x10 bread machine
- retaining ring outer (for shaft) eccentric DIN 471 d8mm (purchased in automotive stores or construction shops)
- Valve bushing guide VAG056103419A (from Audi), outer diameter, 12.06 mm, inner diameter, 7.98 mm (the original is expensive, I picked up an analogue)
- sealant (I took temperature, food grade RTV 118Q)
- stainless steel screws and nuts

* Carefully drill out rivets
* cut a sealant at the bottom of the bucket under the glass (base of the bucket)
* we disconnect the bucket from the glass, clean it from the sealant, having previously made the risk on the bucket (to remember how the glass is located on the bucket)
* carefully remove the old oil seal (or rather what is left of it), in my case even the retaining ring has rotted
* squeeze out the sleeve with a press (carefully study how to do it correctly in the videos on YouTube). For lack of a press, I did it with a jack. Pay attention to how the sleeve is located (you will need it when you press a new one back), in my case the sleeve was 1 mm sticking out from each side
* we cut off the excess part of the sleeve with a grinder (the automobile sleeve is much longer), according to the size of the extracted one. I deliberately cut a couple of mm more in order to grind and grind the side of the cut on the stones for sharpening knives. The new sleeve is slightly longer (the main thing is that it does not cover the hole for the retaining ring on the pulley)
* press the sleeve into place, make sure that now there is no backlash
* fix the pulley with a retaining ring
* we coat the inside of the glass with a sealant (a thin layer so that it subsequently tightly presses the gland to the bucket, since the gland is not native and it seemed to me a little short)
* insert the oil seal
* slightly lubricate the surface of the gland with a sealant (although it was possible not to do this) and abundantly coat the joints of the bucket with the glass
* evenly clamp all three holes with stainless screws.

In my case, it turned out perfect, although at first it seemed that I would have to throw out the bread maker.
I hope this will help someone to repair their bucket, although, of course, I would like it not to leak at all.
If you have any questions, I'm ready to answer.
