Has risen normally, impurities are present despite the fact that the spatula helped, the mixer is deep in the bread again ... I must say that the bread inside is correct .. porous ... bite by the way

In the book, everything is painted with measuring spoons and a glass specifically for my loaf weight, she didn't change anything, the salt only reduced ...I did everything else strictly according to the recipe, I tracked the kolobok as it should, I saw that it fit badly, but decided not to touch it, in the end I got bread with a light top, very heavy, and not baked in the very middle .. true, the edges are delicious, I risked taking a sample .. revised the yeast - apparently there is a problem with them, I just added them as usual when I bake something yeast .. but the yeast is not the right one ((I didn’t read the cooking method with them .. in general, it’s my own fault
Next, bread from a ready-made mixture .. it says to knead the dough on the program, stand for 40 minutes and bake .. I measured everything by weights, put the dough on the program, when I decided to see what was there for a long time and was in no hurry to knead - it turned out that she was WARMING !!! in short, everything was cooked ((I threw it out, measured it all out again and went to the "fast" program ... here it already went much better, though some of the flour on one side of the loaf remained .. well, this is so, I find fault ..
