So wheat ... Whole grain in one word.
Whole I have
But she is somehow different
A tearful request to the author
And it is possible for such dull ones like me to write everything in grams and milliliters
And with the indication of flour as on the labels
You are welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to convert cups to weight, read here The number of main ingredients in one measuring cup and spoon https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8236.0

First we weigh or measure the flour to the required amount and only then sift it !!!!!

And added the spice mixture that Admin recommended for rye bread.
Can you tell us more about the spices for this bread?
Maybe someone else also wants to add

It's hard for me
Therefore, those recipes go ahead where everything is extremely clear and specific
As a rule, when you need to bake, it’s just time to print out the recipe and start baking.
Very intrigued by this recipe
But has not been in line since December 2010

So it's the turn of this bread - I'm baked There were no difficulties, there were simply no ingredients. Replaced molasses with honey. I really liked that the bread came out high compared to all the rye breads that I baked. Thanks for the interesting recipe

I baked this bread yesterday! Just awesome !!! I didn’t have time to take a picture, we ate half of it warm (I held the defense as much as I could))))), and today there is a little hump. They would eat it too, but the oil ran out yesterday. I didn't add cumin, molasses and cocoa, I didn't have them. Thanks a lot to the author !!!

I liked the recipe too. Baking in the main mode. Instead of cocoa, prunes a little 6 -8 berries, instead of molasses honey, rose very well, took almost the entire form. Calculation of 400 wheat flour, 100 rye flour in a measuring glass. I cut prunes into 2-3 parts and threw them at once.
