Natasha, thanks for such a necessary recipe!

Tatiana, did you not receive the package? she has been in Novorossiysk for a couple of days
Mila1
Girls, is the rectangular shape "Boy-girl" in the shape of a small rectangular cupcake good? No one has? What is its roughly size? And do I need it for 769 rubles?
Nataliwave
Mila, my girlfriend bought it! Not bad! They baked a chocolate cake in it! The result is an Afro boy and a girl! But I prefer the oven in simple rectangular ones, you can soak the glaze on top!
TatianaSa
Svetlana, not yet. I went to the collective farm for provisions. Only in the evening I returned today. I'll get it tomorrow and try a new recipe right away. Svetochka, I am so grateful to you! Very very straight!

Lyudmila, but I am concerned about the purely psychological aspect: baking boys, girls, then eating them ... Somehow it is wrong. One option is flowers - mushrooms, the other ...

Mesh, but I somehow did not even think about it. The most important thing for me is to be beautiful. And here I think beautiful is not beautiful? We make gingerbread men, right? I bought a uniform for 6 cupcakes, boys and girls.
Jiri
Mila1, Luda, I just think that in vain I did not order this uniform (boys and girls). Granddaughter eats Barney Bears. I think that lovingly cooked cupcakes will be no worse

Mila 1, Lyudmila, I have this form "Boy + Girl". For the New Year and Christmas I baked in it a cupcake "Winter cherry-2" (from Stellochka Stern). The size is just right for this cupcake. She baked for gifts, decorated with sugar pencils. We did not feel any psychological discomfort while eating. We make gingerbread men for this. Everyone loved the cupcakes.
Mila1
Lipchanka, Lyudmilka, thank you very much I am calming down more and more And what is the size of the form approximately?

Kids definitely like to eat little men! And also, for example, such a cupcake is a good gift for mommy for the birth of a baby, as a hint even - "give a second!")))

It's a pity my son is far away, in Moscow. Otherwise, I would definitely give him. It will be 30 years, but there is no time to marry, it works all the time

Olya, I understand everything. We are all different. And this does not mean that one is good and the other is bad.
For the same reason, I don't bake man-shaped cookies. And I didn't buy a frying pan with smiles, although at first there was a thought, to be honest. And someone, on the contrary, really likes it.

I recently baked a delicious orange cake too .. In Bavarian form ... Very tasty ... On "Baked Saturday", with a friend .. On yoghurt, with orange zest, with chocolate chips instead of raisins put according to the recipe; his frosting is orange juice (or rum, if any) with sugar .. It's magical .. If anyone has a desire, I'll send the recipe, maybe even take a picture on the weekend of the half in the freezer ("maybe" - because this freezer has girlfriends, in my place there is always not enough ...)

The cupcake is delicious, we liked it! Nice with glaze, but very sweet. Butter took 72.5%, sour cream - a mixture of 15% and 20%.
I will do more!

Book of great desserts

100gr light raisins
285g flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
114 grams of softened plums. oils 82.5%
1 tsp vanilla extract
400 gr sugar
3 large eggs
250 g standard fat unsweetened yogurt
Zest of 2 large oranges, finely grated

Glaze:
100g sugar
100ml orange juice (or 50g juice + 50g light rum or whiskey)

Oven 180gr
Grease the mold with the pipe with oil, sprinkle with flour / breadcrumbs
Cut the raisins with a knife, coarsely, put in a bowl, mix with a spoonful of flour (from the total amount according to the recipe).
Sift flour together with soda, salt.
Beat butter with a mixer until smooth, gradually add vanilla and sugar, beat well, about 2 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
At low speed, add flour alternately with yogurt (flour in three passes, yogurt in two passes), beat only until the ingredients are mixed!
Stir in raisins and zest by hand.
Bake for 60-65 minutes until dry with a toothpick.
Leave in the mold for 5-10 minutes, turn on a wire rack.
Make the frosting (mix the ingredients) and brush over the entire cake immediately.
Cool completely

My comments:
- There were no raisins, I took chocolate chips. Keep in mind, they are heavier than raisins, they will concentrate all the bottom (i.e., on the top of the finished, inverted cake), so it is better to chop them smaller;
- To level the surface of the poured dough in the mold, the fastest way is to quickly rotate the mold left and right, holding it with both hands (I often use this method when the dough is not very thick, I never resort to leveling with a spoon or spatula).
- The glaze is liquid, a silicone brush will not work, in the absence of a regular one - take a piece of gauze / bandage, dip it into the glaze and then use the same dummy motions to spread the syrup over the cake.

Mila1, Luda cake "Tres Leches" (three milk) is called, the photo is only in an intermediate state, because it is still soaked in milk. So tomorrow I will draw up the recipe and the final view and section. Now the computer will turn on and put up an intermediate photo, otherwise something does not come out of the phone.
And the swan is not a cake, I am making a fake out of triangular paper blocks in the kindergarten, I’m already tired of folding my fingers, and doing half of it.

She poured a mixture of three types of milk: condensed milk, ghee and cream. She cut it off as soon as she got it out of the mold, after piercing the whole cake. From time to time I go and field him, he has to stand like this all night. In the morning I will cover with whipped cream and show the cutter.
I really like this cake, I often cook it, but in a flat form.
