The crumb of the cake itself is correct, moderately moist, moderately dense, like in store (and still Soviet) cupcakes.

Also, pay attention to the color of the baked goods in the silicone. In 90% of cases, this is an uneven color. If the oven is good, it will evenly heat up the silicone. But if there are problems (and many have them, weak / uneven ovens), then in silicone the baking does not have an even color. And then the relief of the form disappears. All those curls and bumps. They simply cannot be seen through the mottled color of the baked goods. After some time, the silicone will also have to be lubricated. It loses its properties after a year or two use. Not even regular ... This is my (and not only my) experience.So I bought silicone molds for small cupcakes, and as a result, I bake in a simple metal mold with paper inserts, it turns out much better.
