Recipe from Nordic Ware - Chocolate Cherry Cupcake

Used form Nordic Ware Heart
Ingredients:
400 gr. fresh or frozen cherries
2 stacks (240 gr.) And 3 table. tablespoons of flour
2 ½ tea baking powder
½ tea tablespoons of salt
1 stack. (240 gr.) Plum. oils
1 ¼ cup (250 g) sugar
4 large eggs
½ tea vanilla extract
½ tea tablespoons of almond extract
1 ½ tea tablespoons of cherry extract
1/4 stack (70 ml) cherry juice
¾ stack. (180 ml) milk
85 gr. chocolate with almonds
1 stack. (200 g) powdered sugar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 gr. C. Lubricate the mold with oil.
Chop the cherries coarsely and place them on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Mix together 2 stacks. (240 g) flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate large bowl, use a mixer to combine the butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time while continuing to stir. Then add all the extracts. Then, on a slow mixer speed, gently add half of the flour and baking powder mixture, then all the milk and the rest of the flour mixture. Mix until smooth and lump free.
Dip the cherries in flour, gently place in the dough and stir. Pour the dough into the prepared mold, shake it to release excess air from the dough. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Check if cake is done with Noric Ware branded thermometer 🔗.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove cupcake from pan.
Melt the chocolate and apply to the cake. To make the frosting, combine the icing sugar and cherry juice until smooth and pour over the cake.
