And here are my Chuchelka cutlets (which are with the addition of cottage cheese and zucchini). I didn't use breading. I put it in the cold one, turned it over once. It turned out well, sooo juicy!

Girls, did anyone order anything at Comfort-Maximum? How are they with mail delivery? Don't cheat? Otherwise, I also bought everything on ozone, but the price for the princess became barbaric.

In the summer I ordered the Princess for myself from them, at Ozone there was not even a trace at that time. Everything came quickly, I had to pay extra for delivery. I regret that I did not order the Princess soup cooker from them, but from another company.

Congratulate me colleagues: girl_in_dreams: today I baked the first cake in a princess - like khachapuri, only I didn't rub as much cheese as in the recipe, the process was staggeringly fast, I even overexposed it a bit, remembering about my slow gas oven, from the remnants of dough (I used 400 ml of dough in HP yesterday kefir), while the cake was baking, I made pies with minced meat, taste, and in 40 minutes = a big cake with cheese and a bunch of pies
kavmins
I finally bought the Princess))) I read the topic since the summer, I got ready while it increased in price ... but still managed to buy it before the second increase ...
baked the first pizza ... what can I note - quickly, really 12 minutes, it turned out very tasty, only interesting that the green lamp went out after 7 minutes from turning on .. is this how it should be or what?)

Need, Need. I'm looking for this. At one time I adapted to do it in a double boiler (there is a convenient container with a boat), but to start a double boiler every time because of the omelet is not very hot. And most importantly - no crust! And without a crust for me, an omelet is not an omelet. And to be wet, tall and with "water". Now it remains to figure out where to get the egg powder. More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=391348.0
9 Art. tablespoons of egg powder
3 glasses of milk (or 3 glasses of water, 4.5 tablespoons of milk powder)
1 tsp salt
Let it swell for 20 minutes, stir with a whisk, bake on a deep greased baking sheet, first over high heat for 5 minutes, then over low heat for 15 minutes. Do not open the oven for 10 minutes. after readiness. Cut into squares. Serve with canned green peas.
The omelet is moist and high.

In the princess, it also comes out very tasty, except that the crust is not so dense.

The powder must be tried in different ways, recently I came across one that has a strange taste. Although the composition is the same for everyone. What I didn't like - I gave it to the neighbor's dog.

You can replace the powder with melange, but then there is less water and milk powder to the required volume.

Today I baked something like pizza or an open pie from the leftovers from curd dough with whole grain flour. They all learned in the evening! baked in a 28 cm mold. With a grooved bottom.

Tashenka,
My usual dishes are fish in an omelet, cutlets, chicken drumsticks, brisol from the breast (beat off a chicken breast the size of a princess and fry), thick omelet, pizza, Ossetian pies and khachapuri.
You can make a pie from like a layered dough for pies. Just smear the dough with butter, wrap it on a rolling pin, cut it along and roll it, EVERYTHING !!! Thanks to those who gave this recipe to cooking. This is the dough in the princess and sprinkle with brown sugar. Delicious cake for tea turns out.
Tashenka
And from the purchased puff that you can whip up for the boys to build? The freezer contains both yeast and non-yeast ...
And what about "how a layered dough for a placinda" can be more detailed? Something didn’t reach me, how to wind the dough smeared on a rolling pin and the rest of the process ... It seems not a blonde ...

Yes, I did it like a Pita Machine. I took the puff pastry, rolled it out thinly, put the minced meat there, rolled it into a roll and put this roll into the princess with a snail, poured it with an egg and sour cream on top.
mur_myau
Tashenka,
Here is a master class that describes the whole process.

I did as the author writes (with those products), and made according to the recipe for Soviet puff pastry, the main thing is to observe the principle (let the lump rest for 15 minutes, roll it out, grease with butter / margarine and wrap it on a rolling pin). No more dancing with tambourines and freezing now when making puff pastry. The process takes no more than half an hour.
kneading 5 min. + test rest 15 min. + roll out 5 min. + grease with oil, wrap on a rolling pin, chop for 5 min. Somewhere like that.
And before, it was overwhelmed with freezing the envelope from the dough, it turned out several hours before the finished result.

By the way, I had to. I like this recipe on the forum. But I tried it only in the oven, I did not reach the princess.

Also false dough, but puff-yeast. I can't figure out how big to make croissants so that they don't burn on top. Or, well, them, and make one big flat cake?

I finally experienced my Travola today, the impressions are ambiguous
Tested it right by all the rules - on pizza
baked 2 pieces, the first baked from a cold state for 25 minutes, the top is pale, the bottom is rosy
the second, I think, I'll support it a little longer, so that the top turns red - figs for you, just dried up and ... pale

Teflon rugs, or rather Teflon sheets for baking, are sold in large stores. In Globus there is something, and in Lenta it is even cheaper - 85, and recently there were 65 for the action .. The company on the packaging of You 'll love is, the same company sells a grid-grid for the grill and oven, very good and also costs no more than 110 rubles. Look at the dish center, there, too, somehow such a product was sold.

Hello everyone! They brought me a prince at night. Oh, and she is nimble. You will not get away. Made wok vegetables. That was champignons, tomatoes and bell peppers. Seasoned with vegetable oil and "tasty salt". All. Ten minutes later she turned it off and let it stand for a while. Vkusnoooooooo. I wonder if the peppers will bake in it like in an air fryer? I want Tanyulina a peppercorn.

Tashenka, I like to turn it on and off for 20 seconds and leave the dough for proofing. By the way, it was here that the girls advised me to do so, the main thing is not to forget to turn off after 20 seconds
annnushka27
Vita, I also do so, only 20 seconds. It seems a bit too much to me, I put my hand on the top plate, as I feel that it is 30 degrees, then I turn it off and cover it. It is definitely impossible to retreat!
kVipoint
annnushka27, but for me it's okay, I sometimes count up to 30 and everything is OK. But I really think quickly, maybe this is 20 seconds.

I also put my hand on, I feel that it has warmed up and turn it off. And right in Travola I crush the cake to the brim. It's about focaccia. And I close the lid for 20 minutes. What I wrote - I am surprised myself!

I put it into a cold Princess, plugged it in, baked for about 13 minutes. It turned out just fine! I have this cupcake on duty. Lemon has disappeared from our stores somewhere, and this one is everywhere. So I baked it in the oven, in the microwave, in the multicooker, in the air fryer. Now here in the Princess is the second place after the oven to taste, but in the overall standings, given the speed of cooking, the first.

Anna68, cast iron will most likely damage the coating of the Princess itself, maybe not immediately, but there will be scratches.

Girls, and yet the pizza in our Princess is not ice.
Today I made exactly 2 identical pizzas. One in Princesc, the other in a stone oven. Well day and night
In the Princess, the cheese has disappeared somewhere incomprehensibly, it sinks inside or something .. I don't understand. it feels like there was a saving on cheese.
The test base is very good though! Soft, bendable, everything is right!
You may not immediately fall asleep with cheese, maybe it melts and steamed very quickly.
Next time I will try not to put the cheese right away, and later, melt it a little, and then cook it up in a micron under the grill. to brown the top a little.
TO ALL Doubting AND WAITING PRINCESS!
Don't take my words to heart, don't refuse to buy. She bakes a lot of other things beautifully! But in order to get a normal pizza, you need to adapt and carry out additional manipulations, IMHO

TO ALL DOUBTING AND WAITING PRINCESS! , do not refuse to purchase
I agree completely. I use it almost daily. I am especially pleased with the preparation of chicken breast and cutlets. The breast turns out to be "lush" as if inflated from the inside and most importantly juicy. For this it was worth buying this device, since we rarely eat other meat (we try to lose weight).
Mirabel
Vladimirovna, How do you cook breast in the Princess?
selenа
Vika, this is not the first time you have this problem, in the case of pizza on thin dough I do the following: I put the dough without a mold, immediately into the oven, all the filling and a little cheese on top, approximately in time by the end of cooking, I watch how the bottom has fried and if I am satisfied with the bottom, lift the pizza and slip the grate under it (I have a round one for a microwave oven, only the legs are 1.5 cm, it seems to me that it remained from the air grill), sprinkle the pizza with cheese and close the oven for another 3 to 4 minutes. Due to this "procedure" the bottom stops overcooking, and the pizza that has risen closer to the top ten is browned and the cheese melts without overdrying. I wrote much longer than it does with pizza. You can adapt any heat-resistant piece no higher than 1.5-2.0 cm. And you don't need any micra, the whole point of this procedure is to brown the top without burning the bottom on a thin pizza. Vikul, if you understand anything from my message, you are a genius.
Mirabel
HopeYes, of course, not the first time. In my opinion, when I just bought it was ok .. or forgotten already.
I understood everything, but here's how to technically do all the manipulations ... slip the grate under the pizza, and there is no such grate.
And my cheese does NOT dry out, it disappears somewhere, melts and is absorbed or something ... Mozzarella should pull out, and it simply does not exist, it has disappeared somewhere into oblivion.
Everything is ok in the stone oven and the mozzarella is in place.
I don’t want to start thinking about a pizza maker with a stone ...
selenа
Vic, technically easy, by the time it needs to be done, the pizza is almost ready, with a spatula with a long handle you lift the pizza up to about half and slip in something 28-30cm in diameter. and a height of 1-2 cm, depending on the thickness of the pizza (it should not touch the top heating element). There are also such forms for pizza with an even low side, they need to be slipped upside down and pizza put on an inverted form (they are sold in the Metro, 2 pieces are sold here, German by the way), in short, you need to experiment.
