Works on the soup and puree soup program for sure, I did not pay attention to others
Nadin1234
On my Soup-puree program, it was like this: the lid did not fully slide (it hardly slides into the groove, it is very tight, it may develop over time), the program was running for 10 minutes, and I grabbed the handle and the lid moved a bit, the contact moved away and I look, the time again shows 25 minutes, that is, at the beginning. Well, since the others remember it, I'll check it again, otherwise there may be a malfunction in mine.
And such a question - if you just cook in the Soup mode, without chopping, it says that you can press the Stirring button, but it seemed to me that it blenders, and not just mixes, where when you press it you can see the number 3 of the blender speed, it's a lot, why not 1, the lowest. I added canned beans to the ready-made puree soup and turned on the Soup mode, I wanted the beans to remain intact, and mixed several. Once, she broke it to me into small pieces, I had to grind everything uniformly.
lenna
Yes, I have it too. Stirring results in fine, fine crumbs, and the blender brings to a creamy state. There is a difference. I stir rarely and for 1-2 seconds. When to boil and so everything will mix.
Nadin1234
It is clear, but I was afraid that it would get stuck, so it interfered every now and then. The bottom causes concern, I compare it with Sauber-550, there is pure steel. I bought Vitek, because our soups, fruit drinks and all that went well, and I wanted more settings, time, temperature, now I figure it out. The only thing that came as a shock is that it is huge! Twice as high as Sauber, does not fit under any shelf, you have to put on the table for cooking, spreading a rug, otherwise it will firmly stick to the tabletop
lenna
* JOKINGLY * sucking on that tightly. I have it on the far burner of the electric stove, since I still rarely use the stove (I only boil curlers and bake pancakes)
Nadin1234
lenna, and for pancakes there should be an electric pancake maker, I'm just now in the process of choosing
lenna
I had a Unit, I didn't really like it, I sold it ...
kVipoint
And on the contrary, I like that such a big, stately one! I mix literally a couple of times and for a few seconds, so nothing really breaks. And what is sucked in is only a plus, it must be very stable when whipping so that the hot mass does not tip over)))
Elena-Liza
And I mix only when I cook semolina porridge. That there would be no lumps. And in other cases, it didn't seem necessary. And I never opened the lid during cooking, only the insert in the lid. We must try to open the lid.
Nadin1234
Elena-Liza, I also want to master semolina porridge in it, I found your recipe in the subject, it is a little unclear, you write - cook at medium temperature, if I understood correctly, this is 80 degrees. won't the porridge really boil? In general, at this temperature, is it normal to cook or just warm it up?
And something I did not find in the instructions how much liquid should be the minimum, for a cocktail, for example, whip milk, or cook a little cocoa, I think that the knives are covered with liquid and enough, or do you still need more?
lenna
I think you can even cook for a glass. It's like a saucepan. I also do not open the lid completely. This is a clever technique! And how does it feel that it is not closed? As soon as I bought it, I poured everything for the cocktail and turn it on and he is silent. Well, I think it's defective, bliiin, I was upset. Then I remembered that my teapot Tefal is just as clever, it won't work until you close it, and for sure! But I cooked semolina porridge once and was not happy. Firstly, the foam is coming, and secondly, it stuck to the bottom ...
Elena-Liza
Nadin1234, yes, it will boil in medium mode. I boil one serving (a glass of liquid) and it boils quickly. Doesn't have time to run away, I turn it off after boiling. I stir it. After I threw the semolina, I also mix it. And after standing for a while, the porridge becomes thicker. Nothing burns, porridge sticks a little to the bottom (I don't know which word to choose), and can be easily removed with a brush. Write long, cook fast
Nadin1234
Thank you! I will definitely master the cooking of semolina porridge in this soup cooker
Ninelle
Girls, tell me please, can you cook vegetable milk in Vitek without dancing with tambourines?
Elena-Liza
Ninelle, is it vegetable milk - almond, coconut, etc.? I did not try. But now I will definitely try to do it. Now I read in other topics. I will try to follow. weekend to portray. If no one answers before, then I will write what happened.
Ninelle
Elena-Liza, thanks, I'll wait
Elena-Liza
Ninelle, didn’t wait for the weekend. Today I made something remotely resembling milk from cashews. After all, such milk requires a special device. There is no soy milk program in Vita, and I adjusted as best I could. I held it on low power for 15 minutes, then turned on the blender. It was ground to a homogeneous state, it turned out to be a liquid gruel. I wanted to strain it through thick gauze, it does not filter. As a result, I passed it through a tea strainer. There are two teaspoons of cake left on the strainer (this is from 100 g cashews per 600 ml of water). Well, the milk itself is very pleasant. But all this is easier to do with a hand blender. I made from almonds according to the recipe from our website. Soaked, washed, grinded, filtered.
Still, Vitya is a puree soup, fruit drinks, cereals, gravy. The other day I made mushroom gravy from dry mushrooms, this is the thing!

Hello! I choose some similar gadget, I consider it as an alternative to AvetnPhillips (blender steamer), it's just that there is only a function of steam and grind, but it costs 5700 ... somehow the toad is strangling.
Tell me, is it possible to steam somehow in this magical thing? And what is the minimum volume, say, 150-200gr to make ??
Elena-Liza
kisskass, no. Do not steam in this steamer A 120-150g of porridge, soup or other dish can be cooked. It's just that the smaller the volume, the faster it will cook. That is, you need to turn it off in time so that it does not burn.
kisskass
Thank you! I will consider other options)))
kVipoint
kisskass, well, in vain, our Vityusha honey)))
kisskass
I dare not doubt! )) you could have steamed vegetables in 150 grams of puree, it would be generally good)
solmazalla
Girls, how does a blender work? Share, I want to buy, because I found it for 3t. I see that some have had it for a long time. How often do you cook? Really looking forward to the answer...
kVipoint
solmazalla, I cook every day, very happy)))
Ninelle
Elena-Liza, oh, sorry pokhanku read your report, long ago, wrote the answer, wrote from the phone, and he didn’t send it! And I didn't even look ... Thank you very much for making the milk. I, too, thought about a special program for milk. The post ends, we went through it almost steadfastly, using store-bought coconut cream, there is again time to choose and think. Once again, I am sorry that I did not immediately control the sending of the response, and thank you very much!
solmazalla
AdminIs the soup cooker still alive? I read that it is already the third with you, so I'm interested. I just want it very much, I told my husband, but he was not impressed, he says again you litter the kitchen

kVipoint
solmazalla, do not hesitate, the thing is good, I use it every day ... Well done, hold on, I just caught fire, I immediately bought it after reading the reviews about Dobryna, but our Vityusha deceived me more because of the cup
Elena-Liza
Ninelle, for some reason, the update in the topic came only today, and I saw your message. I'm very glad that my report came in handy.
solmazalla, and I have never regretted buying Vityusha.
ket66
AdminIs it worth buying? I didn’t know what to buy.
musyanya
Admin, today I cooked in the soup cooker for the first time leek soup, 1 potato, 1st. l plums. oils + dry roots of celery, parsnip and parsley root. She added cheese and milk with children after readiness and chopped it. There was no cream. A recipe from a book. There was no white wine. The soup turned out to be very tasty, it was not at all clear that there were so many onions. The children did not see the bow. We saw cheese and milk. As a result, we ate 2 servings of puree soup each ..
So thank you for describing the chef Vitka, we took him to work.
What else do you cook in it and it turns out especially delicious?
It washes very quickly and easily.
Vikulina
Girls, hello to all Are your Vityushki still alive? Can you weigh the bowl, is it not very heavy?
I looked in the direction of Vitka and Proficuk, stopped at Vitka, because he is shorter in stature, and the cup will certainly be easier ... well, the price is much more attractive.
And yet, is it convenient to load products? I figured - Vitek will be up to my chest, and Profic is even higher Or do you take off the jug every time to load it?
Nadin1234
I take the whole blender off the shelf to cook, heavy, of course, but not heavier than any of my multicooker. And what about the jug? Metal is the best or do you want plastic to crack? And you take it off not only empty, but also full, for example, pour a cocktail, so what?
Vikulina

Metal is the best or do you want plastic to crack?
No, of course, I definitely don't want plastic, I just want to know how heavy Vitka's jug is.
Elena-Liza
VikulinaI can only weigh the pitcher on the weekend. I use it in the country. But it feels no heavier than a can. I never thought about the weight of the jug. I load the groceries and take off the jug without taking it off. ... Somehow everything happens mechanically, I don't even notice. On the weekend, I'll weigh it and unsubscribe.
Vikulina
Elena-Liza, I also want it to give it and so that my mother can use it, and she is 77, the handles are not the same as before. So I wonder how heavy the jug is.
Vikulina

It would be great! Thank you.
Nadin1234
I took the Breelon Family Chef BR-501 for my mother, you can do the same (puree soups, fruit drinks, cocktails), only it is much easier to operate, you can also report the ingredients, for the soup, for example, the program is not interrupted.
Vikulina
Hope, thanks, I'll go take a closer look at Temko. It seemed to me that with kettles, more morocco vegetables are needed, a certain amount is needed, if there are more of them than needed, then it is problematic to stuff a blender leg in them ...
Nadin1234
Vikulina, it's more likely not in the number of vegetables, but in the total volume, if you exceed it, it will not turn on, but Vitek is also the same. And if I put too many vegetables in the soup in Brilon (and I almost always shift, then I choose not the Soup-puree mode, but the Soup without chopping, and at the end, when everything is soft, I turn on the chopping mode. (And on the Soup-puree mode she blenders herself from time to time and starts too early, if the vegetables are half-cooked and there are too many of them, then she cannot cope)
Vikulina
Hope, I also always put a lot of vegetables, then I have to dilute the soup
It's good that you have both devices. In your opinion, which one is better and more functional? Forgive me for torturing me with questions - the torment of choice ... I ran through all the soup-cooking topics and still can't decide.
Actually, Mulinex wants to: but where can I get it?
Vikulina
I downloaded the Vitek instructions and cookbook, (y) everything seems to be fine. I'll think a little and order, probably.
Thank you girls for Temko
Nadin1234
At first I bought a simple Zauber MAX-550, to see if we will have mashed soups and all that, before I did not cook them at all, it turned out - how! , so I wanted to expand the functionality, took Vitek, thought to give Sauber to my mother right away, but I use both, depending on what I cook, so I bought Brilon for my mother. (Sauber and Brilon are pretty much the same, but in Brilon it is possible to briefly open the lid in the process).
Vikulina
Nadin1234, Everything is clear, thanks for the help

I want to know how heavy Vitka's jug is.
Weight The coil of a jug without a lid is 952, with a lid 1189. It is not heavy in sensations.I hate heavy dishes, a cast-iron pan is prohibitive for me in weight, I could never bake pancakes in it. Vitek is still in use, I cook cream soups in it very often, and I like that very quickly. They came running from the street, peeled potatoes onions, poured water and spices, and while we were washing our clothes, the soup was ready in 25 minutes. At the end, I add milk (instead of cream) and an ordinary piece of hard cheese, Russian or Knight. I beat everything up and don't heat it anymore. Soups are eaten with a bang. I used to cook from leek, but it went up sharply, switched to onions (also delicious!).
Nadin1234
And I sometimes put processed cheese curds at the end instead of cream, triangular or those that are for soup.
Vikulina
Ludmila, thanks for weighed the jug, really not heavy - it will suit us. And as for hard cheese, they just opened America to me, I thought it wouldn't dissolve in water ... I always threw only melted cheese into the soup. Vooot, live and learn! I will definitely try, after all, there are fewer Yeshek in hard cheese and the taste is more intense
solmazalla
Well, that's it! Ordered! I thought for a long time and still decided that I needed it ...
Na_mars
Can you please tell me if this appliance is suitable for preparing nut / soy milk? I had a soup cooker Smile, but it covered itself (It was great to cook milk in it. Another question - in the old soup cooker (because of the knives in the lid) the volume of soup or milk should have been large enough (a little more than a liter). Viteke, for example, make a plate of soup? What is the minimum volume?
Elena-Liza
Na_mars, I wrote above, this soup cooker is only for soup, liquid cereals, I make custard in it. It is inconvenient to make nut milk in it. And the volume of the soup can be cooked on a plate. Very tasty and not confusing.
Na_mars
You wrote about a large amount of cake. But in the last soup cooker I also had a lot of cake left .... Maybe this is how it should be?
