Girls, please advise me a manual inexpensive dough sheeter. 3 days I read you - my brain boils. My requirements are the simplest - roll the dough into dumplings and cut the noodles a little. I am from Zaporozhye, can someone tell me a proven Ukrainian online store.

Seven-year plan
Divna, Zhenya, they made fun! !!!
I have Zhenya born in 2003, I would not even think about the film. Well, the difference is big and now there are few Zhen / especially girls /.
In general, I have a quirk for names common for girls and boys, I like them so much / specifically for women /
And my eldest name is Valeria!
Seven-year plan
panarino, Oksana, basically I'm with kBi dot I completely agree.
How much I made noodles and dumplings, the full width of the roll was never used. The edges were empty anyway. Of course, if you want, you can roll up to the entire width, but it seems like it was not necessary. I have never done pasties / for them it is probably wider better, you can sculpt across /.
All the same, width 150 is probably the most optimal. Here on it I rolled across the entire width.
I just have a manual one for 150, and then I wanted an electric one, and in order not to take the same, I took it wider for a change.
So my verdict, no difference / but this is purely for me /.

I perfectly sculpt pasties on a width of 150

A! Zhen, super! Thanks for the master class!
Now I understand why they look like real pasties, with one side bent. Into a thing, ah!
I'll do it tomorrow!
And what did you cut out such beautiful edges? Is this some kind of thug blindfold or something simpler?
Seven-year plan
panarino, Oksana, I totally agree !!!
Having both with and without a motor, of course I vote with both hands for the first! And the size is the same!
For one thing that does not need to be fixed to the table, I love her much more!
Good luck to you! And new impressions!

Lysunchik google on Ukrainian sites, there are a lot of budgetary ones, but if with a Mascarto motor, then go to Leela in the joint venture.

Elena Tim, I think this is a wheel cutter from purchases from T.A. or another knife called a wheel. He staples and trims the edges at the same time. Look at the link post 1435 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@Itemid=126&option=com_smf&topic=1429.1420

The girls here you gave an Italian site where you ordered Atlas, I seemed to do the right thing, clicked pay, entered the card number and the number for a 5% discount and a letter came to the mail that you can track the order on their website, but I did all these manipulations in Saturday and now Tuesday night, and they don't write track numbers or anything else on my typewriter. Who poked a car in it, how quickly did they send you a parcel and a track number from it? Worried
Lettera
elenas, while it's too early to worry, my parcel began to be tracked a week (or even more) after their letter for a very long time, this SDA delivers parcels in Italy. I already wrote about this here, and I'm not alone, you can view the last pages.
And the track was sent after 2 days, workers.
elenas
Thanks to everyone who answered me, I ordered many times on ebee, aliexpress and bought in a German store, but it took so long to not give the track number, the amount in rubles is not small (I waited for a rise in price and ordered, but I looked for a year) and it's a pity to lose her. I hope for the best, because I really need a car. Hands hurt from the rolling pin.
Elena Tim
kVipoint, Thank you!
I didn't even know what it was called correctly, so I didn't try to find it.
But I'm wondering if after boiling or frying, does the pattern remain on the dough or disappear? If it is not as clearly visible as in its raw form, then I hardly need this knife. Girls, can you tell me, is it worth thinking about him at all?
Tashenka
Lenus, I really like this wheel. But about saving the pattern ... Somehow I didn't pay attention.
Sun, I keep forgetting to tell you the big merci for pointing the little syringe! How convenient it is for them to dose minced meat into dumplings! Thank you friend!

Sveta, I use the simplest, cheapest confectionery syringe to lay out the minced meat. I bought it for a long time for a penny, for a long time it was not used for its intended purpose. I was about to throw it out, but then a dough roller appeared and the syringe came to the yard.
I do not know, now if I find a photo ... I have shown it somewhere in the topics for a long time.
I didn't look for dumplings any more, I found dumplings with cottage cheese))) very convenient!

Lena, look at my photo of finished pasties. There, this stripe is practically invisible. And in general it is only on one side. So, if you are only for beauty, then you do not need it.
kVipoint
And I put MINCE IN A DENSE file and cut off the tip, it is very convenient, it is larger in size, but probably a little minced meat fits into the syringe or not? I'm waiting for a reply, maybe the syringe is really more convenient
shlyk_81
I didn’t like the syringe. As long as you stuff it there .... And even a little bit, but it remains there. The pastry bag didn't go with me either. It turned out to be the most convenient for me with my hands
kVipoint
Nah ... I won't use my hands anymore, I don't want to get them dirty, I just fell in love from the bag. Well this is so, my personal opinion ...
nila
I like to work with this pastry syringe. I threw all the attachments off it and squeeze straight from this tip. Minced meat, of course, does not fit much there. But I have enough for two strips, and it's not hard to unscrew this tip and quickly add with a teaspoon. I do not touch the upper part, which is with the piston. This syringe is not large, fits comfortably in your hand, and you can squeeze the minced meat with one hand. I usually make minced meat very wet, and this syringe evenly squeezes out together with moisture (with water)
There was also a small plastic knife going to him, so sometimes, when I remember about him, I put the minced meat with one hand, and in the other this knife cuts it off. But even without a knife it is convenient, just stop pressing the piston.
As for a cream, this syringe is absolutely not suitable, but for planting minced meat it is just a godsend. At the end, there remains a small minced meat dumpling, just for one minced meat dumpling. And this little bit is in the nozzle of the syringe, nothing remains on the walls and is not smeared.
And it is very convenient to wash! As for me, more minced meat can be smeared on the file.
But that's my opinion, IMHO! Everyone chooses as it is convenient for him
kVipoint
nila, no, it doesn’t stay, but you’re right, I didn’t try it with a syringe, so there’s nothing to compare with, but everyone chooses as it is more convenient and how he has already got used to it. And this is EXPERIENCE and a good tip for those who still choose how it will be more convenient for them to work with minced meat
nila
Yes, I agree that every girl will choose a convenient option for herself. We can only share, suggest our developments

De, Lud? And there was no trace. Yes, Akazza, and it is not necessary, thanks to Zhenya.
No, well, I, naturally, yesterday drove away and looked at him in a tyrnet. Somewhere a little more than a thousand would have cost along with delivery. I was about to rush to order, and then I became thoughtful when I saw cheburechkas. I was already looking closely, looking closely, I can't find the border. I thought we could just not be seen in the photo. It's good that you asked!
Well, I have a cool knife for pasties, with very large teeth, so such beautiful edges are obtained from pasties, you can't take your eyes off! But he only cuts, does not blind. So I thought ... we can, and here it will be possible to get away from work, but no, fieh, no need, they are smashing, you, Lena, this blinding knife. Well, don't, don't ...

shlyk_81, Zhenkaaaaaaa! I have already thanked you for the master class on pasties!
Thanks again! Well, this is just a song, not a job! Playfully on a typewriter, she rolled and stuck a whole bunch! And I also like that with this size, cheburekov fits into the pan as much as 4 pieces. And, as it turned out, they are not that small. Very decent! And most importantly - no need to play with a rolling pin, and this is just a gift for my beloved sciatica!

So night, same! They swear at me at home that, because of my pastries, everyone recovered. Recently I am preparing something flour. The eldest daughter, seeing flour in my hands, says:
- Mom, it smells of my fat!
I didn't immediately understand what she meant!

Good question...
Yes, it seems not for what ... I just sculpted
The dough is like for manti, and the minced meat is beef, pork, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, herbs, cumin and coriander, and butter. Look like that's it.

Today I also thought about noodles. Since I got the machine, then you need to wind up more noodles.

Lena, and I still do not remove it! Fortunately, the size of the table allows.
So I make them every other day, only I change the sauces.
My youngest can eat only pasta. And to me that, I am even very good, I don’t have to think !!!
