Cooking method

If you use cranberries instead of lingonberries - you will have to add more sugar - cranberries have more "harsh" acid. And the more sugar, the longer the marshmallow dries, sometimes it does not dry completely, it remains viscous.
In principle, you can mix any fruit puree with any nuts (if not pine nuts, then it is better to crush them into pieces) - the main thing is the Idea! (and everything at hand)
