Thanks to one such embarrassed woman, a second panasonic appeared in my house for a third of the price. (y) And it turned out to be better than the new one. They also cooked pilaf once, and FSE did not like it either ... three years later it became mine. I dream to meet the same embarrassed owners of airfryer, multicooker, children will also need growing up

Good afternoon, members of the forum! Literally 30 min. they brought back my first multicooker - Brand 37501, champagne is a beauty! I bravely turned it on, set the time and ... turned it off. I'm still afraid of it. I chose for a long time, re-read a bunch of forums, articles, reviews ... And thanks to the Bread Makers forum - I made my choice! Thank you! I doubted between 502 (but this E3 ...) and 37501, I decided to take the time-tested and tested from members of the forum!
And I'm already looking at Brand 6051

I have a cartoon for the second year .. and I made jelly in it only for the first time ... WHAT: girl_love: VKUSNYATINA !!!!!

Yes, the multicooker was from Panasonic! We were confused by the incomprehensible control and the chemical smell during cooking (and this after so many years!)

Then you need to talk here, you will be shown here, taught and told https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=311.0
And if you do not like at all, write from which city you are - for half the price, I think you will find a buyer.

Finally, I got up the courage and cooked my first dish in the cartoon! (not counting the "lemonade", of course) It turned out very tasty! But not without adventures)) I cooked, oddly enough - not according to a book with recipes for CF, but just a recipe from a newspaper for the oven. Potato casserole with minced meat (layers - potato circles, on Berner, homemade minced meat, onion rings (I cut in quarter rings), tomatoes, greased with sour cream + mayonnaise, cheese on top) on baked goods. Everything turned out great, except that mayonnaise can be excluded, and sour cream is a bit fat. It's funny that the onion crunched slightly, but that did not interfere. The most difficult thing was to extract this miracle, and it was here that there were adventures, especially since I have not yet purchased the silicone spatulas, and those that are included ... The potatoes are slightly fried (not burnt!) I oiled it. But everything was simply laundered.
Now my question is - how do you get such layered dishes?
And one more - I found a dish on the Internet - barley with vegetables. I've already soaked the pearl barley. But there is a recipe for Polaris, and they cook it on the Soup mode (1 hour) and heating for 30 minutes. I don't have a Soup mode - does it mean to do it on Stew? Or is it better on Buckwheat?
Vei
Not on Buckwheat, this is a touch mode and too active. Better try Stewing, it's close to Soup.

Peace be with you bakers!
Sherri
We have been making such potatoes for a long time
I remember even laying out a couple of recipes
You can take it out with a double boiler or pick up the lid from the pan
Corresponding diameter
But I asked a neighbor, a joiner, and he cut a circle out of hardwood for me in size and
Attached a wooden handle
So I put it in, flip it in and flip it on the dish again
Manna
I cooked pearl barley pilaf (though not in 37501) using touch mode. I only soaked the barley longer and filled it with cold water (this way it stays in the water longer). So you can use "Buckwheat" for these purposes. What is the cereal / liquid ratio in the recipe?
Sherry
Vei - thanks for the advice!
Shade - an interesting way, thanks! We need to look for a joiner! Also here on the forum I read about the cut sleeve for baking, but then it turns out dry heating of the bowl?

In the recipe for 0.5 cups of pearl barley, 2.5 cups of water are poured. True, it does not say that pearl barley needs to be soaked, but I always soak it overnight.

1: 5? I did 1: 3, but I like it to crunch a little. I would cook on "Rice" or "Buckwheat".
Vei
Once again I am convinced that as many people, there are so many tastes. I prefer steamed soft and fluffy barley. You should try both options and choose your own taste in the end.
But even choosing from the touch modes, Rice seems to me better, since it is softer, not as high-temperature as Buckwheat.
Sherry
manna, Vei, thanks a lot for the advice! I did as it was in the recipe, but, perhaps because I soaked the barley, I got too much water, it took another 30 minutes. put on extinguishing. It turned out delicious, but still watery. Next time I'll try on "rice" or "buckwheat"

I cook soaked barley in a ratio of no more than 1: 3 and on Stew-Soup-Kasha, depending on the MV.

Good day everyone! for several days I did not dare to show off my new acquisition, but finally I did. the other day we opened a St. Petersburg store Lenta and there I bought a Zelmer EK 1300 cartoon to help my Brandik.
Reviews of multicooker. Tips and reviews of multicooker. Multicooker recipes and I still don’t understand, whether to be happy, or not very much ... I did not find the owners of this device on our website. so far only cooked buckwheat. As far as I understand, there are no touch modes in it, everything is only with the setting of a certain cooking time. in Brande I’ve already got used to rice or buckwheat, filled it with water, pressed the button and ... I’m waiting for it to cook, but this is not the case. maybe just unusual? the design of the multi is pleasant, the assembly seems to be of high quality, there were no strangers smells, I also liked the saucepan, it was heavy. maybe it's not bad? can we sing?

I recognize my brother Kolya! One to one Maxwell 3801 I bought today. I'm trying to figure out how to cook simple rice in it. There are no modes of no rice or buckwheat. There is Porridge, but it seems to be for milk porridge and all kinds of oatmeal.
The instructions were written by some sort of pest, nothing is clear.

The names of the modes are invented from the bulldozer, in my opinion
And today I decided to make a vinaigrette. She peeled the vegetables, cut them, put them in multi on the wire rack. steamed for 30 minutes. Result: potatoes and carrots are ready, beets are raw. I had to choose carrots and potatoes and put the beets for another 15 minutes. Next time I will just put the beets first and cook until half cooked, and then the rest of the vegetables.

Serenity,

on a multicooker. ru has a detailed discussion of it on page 8 of your baby.

Serenity
Thank you, I'll have to go there
and during these days I have already prepared oatmeal porridge, pilaf and stewed cabbage with smoked meats. I didn't like pilaf, I do better in the oven, but porridge and cabbage - by five points! Fried on the 'steam' mode with an open valve and everything was perfectly fried.
And then I read the reviews, I was scared all
Magnuna
Again, everyone, hello! Finally got around to write a continuation of my acquaintance with CF.
We got the money back for Redmond and I went to the Internet. And I decided for myself that you still need to start with something simpler and cheaper (you can always take it to the country later). Honestly, after two weeks of reading reviews, etc., etc., there was a complete mess in my head. And I did so - I wrote out the MB models that more or less suited me and ordered the cheapest and most reliable (in my opinion) PHILIPS HD 3033.
On the first day I made soup - cabbage soup, rice, and stewed chicken !!! Oh, and even cooked compote for the child! Before that, it was true that he cursed the cross-handed and cross-eyed people who wrote (compiled, translated) the instructions for the MV. Thanks again to the Internet.
So, since this topic is for the doubters, I will write about the cons and how to try to "digest" them
1. Program times are fixed, each program has its own time, for example soup - 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours and 2 hours. Bake for 45 minutes at once and do not add another minute. on the rice / buckwheat program - in general, dotted lines are running (at first I was in shock, I thought again about marriage) and that the cooking time "until ready" is written only in the manual. In general, I use the kitchen timer - it's easier for me.
2. There are several programs on one button - to select a program, you need to press the number of times to which the program corresponds. for example a steamer / soup / porridge - to cook porridge you need to press the button three times - this is not written in the instructions - I found the answer at the office. phillips website.
3. It is very inconvenient to wash the lid, especially if you do not keep track of the porridge !!! By the way - this is the only dish with which I still have not made friends.
So that the scraps of porridge lag behind better, I use the proven method with lemon and water - then I wipe it and everything is clean.
In general, I am very pleased with this CF, but I think for my birthday I will still ask my husband for a terribly expensive and sophisticated one. : girl_in_dreams: I’m already a shooting sparrow and can show off.
For those who are thinking - I will say this - a good MV, the one with which you will make friends (especially the first one)! The first fight is the most important !!! Having a not entirely pleasant experience with Redmond behind me, I was very afraid, but the truth did not leave the kitchen during the first preparations! Those who write here are right - you can and should play with the programs! I did not regret that I did just that having first bought a cheap MB - but now I know exactly what I want from it and how it should be done !!!
Thanks to everyone who read my review, I hope he can help someone.

And yesterday (more precisely, at night) I made almost 2 liters of baked milk. Delicious! u is that simple.
I'll heat it up again tonight, I'll make fermented baked milk

Strange I have a Panasonic MV. I also make vinigret like you, only cooking for a couple of 20 minutes. Everything boils wonderfully.Nothing is digested and ready at the same time. there were no punctures

Probably old oak beets were. I'll try with the new crop beets - - I'll report back.
I don’t see what else can affect the result in this case. The MV model does not play a role here.
Elena Bo
I always cook the beets separately and whole on a Steam on the lower steamer (insert on legs) for 50 minutes. in a slow cooker. Then it turns out to be very juicy and rich in color. And diced potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes. for a couple in a hinged steamer.
Kolizeika
I had the same nonsense with beets in Panasonic, I crunched on my teeth for another 20 minutes after 20 minutes, and somehow it did not help, what was the matter - I did not understand

Good morning everybody! Here, I brought a cottage cheese casserole from Zelmer for breakfast. It turned out very tasty, and the mule itself behaves pretty well. At first I was worried about the lack of touch programs, now it seems like nothing, I'm used to it.

Serenity, can you describe baked milk in detail?
Yes, there is, in fact, nothing to talk about in detail - everything is so simple that you are amazed.Pour in milk (I always buy pasteurized 2.5 in such soft bags, it is also drowned) u put it on stewing for several hours - I don't know how much your mode allows, I put it at 7 o'clock at night, so it will be heated for another hour and a half in the morning until I take it out. All!
For fermented baked milk, remove the foam and put sour cream (~ 1/4 weight of milk) right into this Warm baked milk, stir well .. I think you can do any sour milk, but so far I have only done it with sour cream. Put on a heating, baking or similar mode for 10 minutes and leave for a day. By the evening you have your own fresh fermented baked milk
vein
Baked milk in Panasonic is ready in 4 hours. And for the vinaigrette, I turn on the Steam cooking mode, put the beets in water, and whole carrots and potatoes in the wire rack, cook in 20 minutes, but sometimes the beets still need to be boiled.
Alenka212
vein, how great you redistributed! How much water do you pour?
vein
I pour water, covering the beets completely. If the beets are large, then cut in half or, without cutting, cook, leaving the top uncovered with water.

Yes, by typing and scientific deduction
Yes, I, too, after reading the reviews, was about to throw it out immediately. But not everything is as scary as the Internet paints. It's quite normal for me to cook everything in it, stew and bake, but yesterday I made a boiled pork - excellent, better than in the oven.
There are no "normal" programs, they are all named from the bulldozer, except for stewing and porridge. But if you know which one is where, then it is quite possible to work with them, for example, fry on "steaming", and cook rice on sushi on "broth". In general, 90% of all problems with this cartoon are from idiotic instructions and ugly mnemonics.
I don’t know about breakdowns, mine is still working, but it’s not even a month old. For that kind of money, if she plows the summer, she has already worked with interest
In general, I would not specifically advise anyone, but it is quite possible to use it.

Does he cook porridge? Or does the water remain? Remembering my Supra: there is supposedly a touch mode, the time is not set, but 1st.overdried and fried, 2 cups was normal, and 3 cups of porridge floated in the water, because her program lasted 35 minutes with any amount.

I don’t know, I don’t cook so much, I just cook a Cup of rolled oats or millet, the water is completely absorbed. But in the Kasha y Maxwell mode, the time cannot be set either, it is fixed there - 50 minutes.
I think, for a large volume, you need to put on stew or broth.

chocolate biscuit on boiling water. The dough for two eggs, the height in the end is 7 cm - I will cut into three cakes (I hope it will not fall apart, but this has already happened to me)
The flat roof is especially pleasing, in the oven I always have biscuits, albeit with a small, but a dome.

In a circle ku cherries, peeled, add 2-3 tbsp. l. enough sugar and boiling water to barely cover the berries. And leave for 15-30 minutes, then drain and dry in a sieve. it turns out a cherry like from compote, and with the resulting juice I then pour u cakes for impregnation A if you also pour cognac into boiling water

Olga, can you ask an off-topic question?
Sometimes I see messages on the forums where some letters are written in Latin. Or, like yours, with a big letter in the middle of a word or sentence. Apparently, this is a means of self-expression? So, in fact, the question for a million: and not lazily to change the keyboard from the Russian layout to English several times per message? When I need to insert foreign language - because of laziness I write in Cyrillic And here there are so many unnecessary gestures

Tatyan, when I was reading, I had approximately the same question. Briefly, I would put it this way: what's the point?

Azaza, I, of course, flattered that you consider me special, capable of this type of self-expression.
