Lenochka, I understand correctly that in the absence of rhubarb, you can use any sour fruit-berries? I really liked the recipe. The next pastry is this one, but I'm not sure if we can get rhubarb. Thank you!
Elven
Galina, on health Of course, you can use any berry-fruit, even non-acidic.
gala10
Thank you, Lenochka, for answer. I have a lot of frozen forest raspberries lying around, I will try to make with it.
Wild cat
Uuummm ... How I love rhubarb ... And more, more!
Elven
Gal, with raspberries it will be just a fairy tale, especially with forest ones Only put 3/4 tbsp of sugar, otherwise it will be very sweet
Maria, then you will definitely like the cake
SanechkaA
I took it to bookmarks where I could get rhubarb now, I really want to try such a pie
Elven
Sash, I hope that you will find it If anything, you can try with other berries and fruits
kirch
And I sowed rhubarb, but something doesn't want to sprout
Elven
Ludmila, it is a pity it may still rise. And nowhere to dig out the spine? Unfortunately, not everyone succeeds in growing seeds
SanechkaA
Elven, Lena, I will definitely try, but I want rhubarb most of all
Elven
I really hope you can get it. And it is better, if possible, plant in the garden

And nowhere to dig out the spine?
Yes, nowhere
Elven
Ludmila, sorry. If the seeds remain, try to plant seedlings
kirch
I also wanted seedlings. The truth is not sown at home, but in the garden. And in the fall I wanted to transplant

Here, Lenochka, take the report:
Norwegian Rhubarb Pie (Rabarbrakake)

And she got hold of rhubarb and baked a pie! It turned out very, very tasty. Thank you very much for the recipe! I will repeat it unambiguously.
Elven

Rhubarb 2 large stems

Lenusechka, but can you tell me how much it will be in grams, 200 grams or more?

A couple of days ago I cleaned all my rhubarb and cut it into pieces, now I'm thinking how much two large stems of rhubarb weigh ...

And another question ...

Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Do you also mix flour with a mixer or do you carefully introduce it by hand?
MariV
Bookmark it for sure! There is so much rhubarb that such a pie cannot be baked. ... ... ... ...

There is so much rhubarb

Schaub we lived like that !!!

This year I was treated to rhubarb somehow quite modestly ...

It is not popular, to my great regret, with local gardeners ... not popular ...

Yeah, about 250-300 grams. But you can 200

You also mix flour with a mixer or carefully introduce it manually
I interfere with a mixer at the first speed, it turns out in the same way as to interfere with my hands

I like 300 much more than 250, and much more than 200, I'm not greedy !!!

Thank you so much, Lenochka !!!

So I will also be using a mixer !!!

but I would not put more than 300, otherwise rhubarb gives so much juice that the cake becomes "wet"
On health I will wait for the results

Norwegian Rhubarb Pie (Rabarbrakake)
Thanks for the recipe. I've cooked it twice already! The first time with caution, and the second already on autopilot. It turned out great. I think the photo shows it. And the aroma ... indescribable. I put more rhubarb. Didn't spoil it at all. The sourness has become brighter.
Elena_Kamch
Larisa M, well, what a beauty and deliciousness! I also love pies with jealousy

And you are already inserting the pictures as cool!

Larisa M
Helen, we just have heaps of rhubarb! Previously, my daughter ate it as soon as he showed his head from the ground. And now ... she already has her own garden! And what to do with it, except for pies - I did not know. I used to make compote out of it, and then the TV said that it contains a lot of oxalic acid, which behaves ugly during heat treatment.

I haven't watched TV for 5 years, and I advise you.
The recipe is very attractive, I will definitely do it.
Larisa M
Piano, that's a very good idea. I think of it more and more often, but I'm not alone in the house !!!
Elven
Larisa M, to your health! The pie turned out great
Piano, Elena, Thank you! I will wait for impressions
