Today I baked 2 focacci recipes from 1 page. Baked in the oven at 200 C for 25 minutes, 20 minutes at a slightly below average level and 5 minutes at an average level. Everything was baked perfectly. A baking sheet was lined with parchment for baking, greased with butter.
From the changes - there was no serum, diluted sour cream with water 1: 1. It took 40 ml of liquid. more, but my flour is very dry. Seasonings - 3 tbsp. l., added 3 tbsp. l. dried onions with carrots in the dough. And I didn’t regret it! Whole grain flour still has its own special flavor, not everyone likes it. So, dried onions with carrots gave both aroma and a pleasant taste! In short - both healthy and tasty! Without spices (trial version) I liked it less.
Top - olives, olives, cut into small pieces and the most common hard cheese ...
The focaccia is soft and the crust is crispy. You can eat your mind! THANK YOU!
Kneading and letting the dough in KhP on the "Yeast dough" program (1.5 hours). Then she took out, kneaded, shaped the cakes. Proofing on a baking sheet before baking took 40 minutes. Then - in the oven.
I will bake often. And don't worry about the "roof". A flatbread is not a loaf! :-))
