Ingredients

meat 700-800g
mushrooms 400-500g

Cooking method

  • Cut any meat (I have pork) as for goulash. Cut the mushrooms (I have frozen chanterelles and porcini, thawed in the microwave for 3 minutes) cut quite large (I did not cut chanterelles at all). Chop onions, carrots, cheese and grate cheese. Cooking in a non-stick bowl. Turn on "Frying" for 20 minutes, when put butter, onion and carrots next to it, stir after a couple of minutes. When 15 minutes remain, add the meat, fry, stirring occasionally, add the mushrooms when 8 minutes remain. At the end, salt, add seasonings (I have rosemary, dill, pepper, juniper). Dissolve the starch in the cream, add grated cheese and curd cheese, pour everything into a bowl and mix. Meat setting 0.7 (high pressure) 10 minutes, open when unlocked, add crushed garlic and stir well. It turns out very tasty and juicy. Serve with any side dish, and the sauce is already there. At the same time, the sauce turns out to be thick and rich, the meat is tender, the mushrooms are not boiled into porridge.
