The rise in the tins took 3-4 hours in the oven with the lamp on, but waited until the rise as expected.

The result is stunning and chic for a not very high-calorie set of ingredients. We do not like dry cakes, so that this one will please us 100%. The husband, who is not a fan of Easter cakes, rated it at 5. He said, repeat. Now it will be our recipe, I will stop looking for anything else.

Marina, how do you store Easter cakes? I put it in a bag, but I leave the top covered with glaze open. The bottom does not dry out and remains fresh for a long time. Try this storage method.
