Smoked trout in the airfryer

Ingredients

trout 2 steaks
salt taste
liquid smoke 1 tbsp. l.
bulb onions 1-2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Trout steaks (I don't like salmon, for me it is very fatty) put in a plastic bag, add onions, salt, sprinkle with liquid smoke. Shake the bag a little and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Place on a tray, place on a medium wire rack and bake.
  • Time - 25-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the steak)
  • Temperature - 205 gr. FROM
  • The speed is average.
