Corn - cream is more delicate, potato may be cooler, but not always. And yet, the label on the pack does not guarantee the contents. Under the guise of potato, I came across corn. And I take one brand all the time, I immediately noticed how the smell of starch changed, then it became potato again. Apparently the party slipped through this))

I want to say a little for the recipe, I read almost all the discussion pages, did the cake strictly according to the recipe, it turned out very tasty and fluffy, cut it and decided to mix everything at once, but I had to heed the advice to dip each piece in the cream and spread it out to make it into pieces. for cream and starch I took corn starch I put 4 hours of spoons after reading that corn is needed 2 times more but this is not so milk + 4 hours of spoons I got milk jelly but this is very good because the cream turned out to be white, fluffy and delicious !!!!!
