Vera, you can add warm milk to the dough before baking, until the desired thickness. They will be thinner.

Sonadora, Manya, I really love your recipes for yeast pancakes. For some reason, they are the ones I get the best.
Here, I also came across this recipe. I want to do it, but the amount of yeast confuses. I actually have nothing against them, but there is something quite a lot here.
I want to make a large portion - 2-2.5 of your layout. And what, should I pour almost 3 bags of dry yeast? Your other stew recipe has a lot less yeast. Why are there so many of them, don't you know?

Svetlana, honestly I do not know. I think you can safely take half the amount of yeast.

apparently, she took the recipe as a basis and left the amount of yeast unchanged.

Manechka, and I baked them!
Made 2.5 of your servings. Dough on non-acidic 4% fermented baked milk stood in the refrigerator for 16 hours. Yeast (dry) put 16 grams. The dough that came up smelled a little of alcohol, but then in the process of kneading the dough, this smell completely disappeared.
The dough came very quickly, in about 30 minutes, I even had to upset it in order to have time to prepare the workplace and heat the pans.
The pancakes turned out to be wonderful - delicious, thin, lacy! Sorry, there is no photo, something hesitated, and then there was nothing to photograph.
It is interesting that a slight sourness was felt only in the last pancakes, and those that were baked earlier turned out to be without sourness at all.
A very successful recipe, I will certainly repeat it!

Svetlana, thank you very much for your feedback. I'm glad the pancakes were a success.

Thanks for bringing this recipe here.
P.S left the dough warm overnight and made the dough in the morning. Everything worked out great.
