Thanks for the recipe. And from pork, too, probably set for 1.5 hours? Have not tried it.
This is the second time I do it, half pork (1 kg), half beef, also a kilogram ... I take a little brisket of pork (I don’t cut off the skin either, everything is 3x3, 4x4 cubes) and a little lean meat .. 2 onions, 5 bay leaves , 4 teaspoons of salt with a small top, a handful of mixed peas, there are black and white, and red and allspice ... no more pepper. I mix everything, throw it into a mulechka (I have Krups cook4me +) and immediately go to manual cooking under pressure, the maximum time is 1 hour 40 minutes. The first time I walked in circles, I was all afraid that there would be a hiss somewhere ... nope. Everything is quiet, the temperature climbed literally in 3 minutes, and the countdown went, 1.40 ... stew, well, very tasty, it seemed a little salty when hot, but after cooling down, that's it !!! For bread .... mmmmm ... red Ota !!! And I also cooked pasta in a naval manner with her ... in a frying pan I fried more onion, stew, a little cream, stewed and boiled the macaroni ... I remembered my childhood ... my Italian husband walked in circles, I thought I was combining it, not Italian ... but also shot with an addition .... liked it! I think the beef itself is rather dry, but this is not for everybody, I like it with a little fat ... half with pork is ideal for me !!!
