I am reporting! Despite the gross violations of manufacturing technology, the recipe and bread survived everything. There were the following deviations: dry yeast, butter instead of lard, dough ran for 7 hours, dark honey, baked in a bread machine. Proofing + rise 1.5 hours in total. I didn't bake it, because I began to fall asleep - the bread was baked for 50 minutes. As a result, I can say that he could stand for an hour. She didn't leave to bask in the stove, immediately took it out on the grate, covered it with a towel and sleep. In the morning, the result - surprised! The bread is spongy, baked well, tasty. Where is the button to add an image, I will find a photo in the studio.
