Kulich Favorite

Ingredients

Wheat flour 650 g
Butter margarine and butter 180 g
Small eggs 4 things
Salt 2/3 tsp
Sugar 1.2 cups
Vanilla sugar 1.5 sachets
Milk 220 ml
CAF rye for baking 3 tsp
Raisins, candied fruits 1 glass (even more)

Cooking method

  • I tried Easter cakes according to the proposed recipes of members of the forum. Excellent recipes, reported in relevant topics, very tasty.

  • Today I baked it according to my favorite recipe, which I have been baking for many years.

  • I kneaded the dough in a bread maker, then transferred it to a saucepan, allowed it to stand for about 2 hours, then put it into molds, let the dough rise about 2 times, bake in the oven, first 180 * 15-20 minutes, then 160 * until tender (checked splinter). Covering the top with a damp piece of baking paper during baking.

  • I wanted to try this cake completely in a bread maker, it didn't work out today, the oven was needed for bread. Somehow I will try, I will report.


  • Initially, the recipe is as follows:

  • Flour 1 kg

  • Milk 1.5 cups

  • Butter 300 g (you can use butter margarine)

  • 6 eggs

  • Yeast 50 g

  • Salt 3/4 tsp

  • Sugar 2 cups

  • Vanillin (vanilla sugar)

  • Raisins
