Big Merci Mams, I already felt it when baking the so-called "farm" bread. Although I'm not a baker, I'm not particularly familiar with pastries, but it is clear that there is clearly not enough water. The dough stratified, although it baked less ...
elfred
Hello everyone.
I am not a baker yet, but I am diligently choosing the model, I settled on 2 models, namely Panasonic 255 and Tefal 4002.
I read all the reviews about Panasonic, but I wanted to know more about Tefal, especially about the 4002 model
vit99
Shanovna elfred, although Tefal will not pay me for advertising, but still I will say (good), I liked it. functional, nice, powerful enough mixer, copes with 700 grams of coarse flour. Two shapes, which is not bad at all for a change. It bakes well too, I am a lover of bread with embossing and rye, with some skill it turns out excellently. Although sinful, at first I also wanted a Panasonic, but at that moment when I was ready to buy on sale I did not find it, now I do not regret it, Tefal is no worse.
elfred
I'm interested if the tefal program contains fast bread, automatic addition of raisins, dough on dumplings and rye bread
Thank you in advance. I don't know which one to buy
Mams
A new recipe book has appeared
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...9.0

Judging by it - rye bread is possible But additives - on a signal, an automatic dispenser - no.
You can make a dough for pasta (pasta), I think it is also suitable for dumplings
vit99
All of the above, except for the dispenser, takes place. Well, on a signal, pour in the menu or a spoon, a cup, etc., can be done once at a time.
Otherwise, the oven is good. There are even two modes of quick bread, the standard white and whole grain, it is rye, black, in short, with coarse flour trying on. And the kneading program kneads any dough ...
For those who are especially impatient, there is even very quick-baked bread, although honestly, I don't think it's worth risking the quality of the bread ...
elfred
Panason does not show on the display what cycle it does at the given moment everything needs to be looked at in time, but in tefali how?
vit99
Tefal is devoid of this drawback, the scoreboard has an indicator of what operation the stove is currently performing. The instructions also contain the timing of the programs, which is very convenient.
qwerttt
And could any of the owners of the tefalka scan and post the instructions for it? I searched the entire Internet, but everywhere there is only a book of recipes, and it is the instructions that are of interest that describe the programs, capabilities, requirements. I would like to buy Tefal 4002, but there are almost no reviews about it, I also did not find instructions ... Help, please!
elfred
All the choice is made for Tefal OW4002, my joy has no limits waiting for her next weekend.
Uv vit99 could you tell us specifically about some inconsistencies in the amount of flour / water so as not to get into a hole for the first time. Thanks in advance
qwerttt
elfred, I am glad that you have solved the problem of choice for yourself. What has tipped the scales? Any advantages of tefalka or what?
elfred
qwerttt I cannot yet judge its merits or demerits. But I like its appearance, it is a lot of functional, and I looked at the instructor at the Panasonic in the store, thereby comparing the problem with the presence of these stoves in sales, qwerttt you must decide for yourself what you need from the stove and what it should be, I wish you will soon be determined, the agony of choice is terrible

I bought a second bread machine yesterday ... there is Panasik, and now Tefalka. The bread did not turn out according to the instructions. Although there were never any problems with Panas. In the recipe book I took Wholemeal Bread and Instant Bread. Both breads are not good enough. Both were poorly baked, the first rose well, but fell a little, and the second did not rise and barely finished baking (after the fast baking mode it was light, and I just kept it in baking mode for 30 minutes). Maybe someone from the owners will tell you what's the matter? In parallel, in the evening, I put quick bread in Panasca ... no problem ... super ... And all the ingredients are the same ...
natalka
Eh ... it is easy to get used to Panas after any other stove and very difficult in the opposite direction. Take heart
Teen_tinka
I figured it out ....... Mustard went with a bang, and on kefir too ... True, I bake in mode 3, and put it with a delay for the night.

Help, good people! I, like most newbies with an unoriginal question, I really want a stove, but I don't have the opportunity to buy everything I like, I have to choose ... I achieved tremendous success, weeded out everything unnecessary and got stuck at a crossroads ... Tefal 4002, Kenwood 450 or (bribes at the price) Clathronic 2865. There is little information about Tefal, Kenwood is praised, I did not bake bread at all, but a creative person and a thirst for experimentation ... And most importantly, I don't see Ken or Tefalk in stores ??? I can't feel it, I'm collecting information bit by bit ... Here's what Tefal is in your hands? Squishy or well done? And maybe who knows where they can be seen in nature?
Teen_tinka
Tefal is more "flimsy" than Panasik. Advantage in two baking cups. There are plenty of photos in and-no stores. But, since I have two x \ n, the scales are still in favor of Panasik. In it, the bread turns out to be high for 400g flour, and tefal, in the same situation, gives low. I conducted an experiment ... I put a round tefal cup into the Panas ... the bread turned out. But Panasik is more expensive ..
Crystal
Thank you for responding! There are a lot of photos on the Internet, but in real stores only Panasik can be seen and touched. The prices for Panas, Kenwood and Tefal are not very different, therefore the opinion of people who are already using is interesting.
Crystal
Please tell me, does the bread taste different, under the same general conditions?
Teen_tinka
Is different. The panasca is more fluffy. Tefal does not give the same results at low loads. If the bread is 1 kg. - they are almost the same. But nevertheless in tefali it is "heavy". And in that and in that ovens, add more sugar to the recipe for ordinary bread - it is tastier. In the Tefal book there are several recipes with "blunders" - the ratio of water, flour, yeast is not observed - a piece of wood can be obtained.
Crystal
It looks like all roads lead to Panasonic
Teen_tinka
It's up to you ... I bought the first panasik, the second tefalka, mulka from a neighbor ... my first one is better

Owners of Tefal OW 4002, please tell me.
Does this model have the ability to make dough for dumplings and pizza?

I choose HP for not an anniversary for my mother, the request from her was the following so that I could make round cakes, I choose from tefal and Bork, only they have a round bucket, and HP is not very large in size (her kitchen is very small) but here have bork + programming. I also look towards 255 panas, who are very satisfied with it.
elfred
Yes you can

Please share your review of tefal, are you satisfied with everything in it? what disadvantages did you find during operation and are there any in your opinion, what quality bread is baked? I am inclined in my choice to this particular model, therefore I am tormented correctly or not.

Recently I bought a tefal yogurt maker, nothing worked at the beginning, but after studying this site, everything became ok. And the most interesting thing is that many people here choose another yogurt maker. So I think that people here are knowledgeable, it is better to read everything first, and then buy, and not vice versa.

The experience of using the stove ... is weird ... larger loaves - it bakes fine, but if I want smaller - inferior ... I put the dough in 2 panasca and tefalque ovens ... the result is also strange ... panasca for 5+, but in the tefalk it rose, fell and dried up by the end of the "regular test" program .... and so on 3 times .... I suspect the lid is loose in the tefalk .. And what about other users? Respond!
elfred
For me personally, everything is fine, nothing falls and does not dry out, the bread is always excellent and the lid fits snugly and the window does not interfere with the ruddy bread without white spots I am not overjoyed

I also have Panas, now I choose a stove for my mother)))))))), doubts gnaw: either Panas or Tefal (2 forms for bread bribe), I can't decide, help !!!!!

I read such strange reviews about Tefalk.

Prehistory: for a long time I was choosing a stove between Panas and Mulik, but in the end my eyes fell on Tefalka. Maybe I could have taken Panas 256, but I did not find them in Minsk, Muliki 5024 also somehow suddenly disappeared. Accidentally in one shopping center ran into Tefalka, who immediately liked her and bought her.

The first bread: the first glance fell on the "Village Bread" from the collection to the oven, the bread turned out to be excellent, with a good texture, completely baked (the myth of not baking the top with a viewing window has been destroyed).

The second bread is "Pie" from the same collection. I made a load per kilogram, it's good that no more than the cake came up on the whole form and was perfectly fried! They all went down with a bang!

The third bread - "Russian Black Ridge" - during kneading at first there were different reasons - on the face there was a black-brown slurry like pancake dough which was practically unsuitable, despite the large amount of yeast. Until the last minute I looked out the window with hope and "lo and behold!" - when frying the bread began to grow, a beautiful loaf of pure exotic grew - they took it out, cooled it, cut it - the bread turned out to be excellent, never tried such an interesting taste and aroma!

After reading many forums, I think that the problems are mainly in 4 reasons:

1) It is necessary to buy flour fortified with gluten;
2) Use fresh pressed yeast from a trusted factory;
3) Strictly observe the proportion - weigh everything that is not in milliliters with scales;
4) When using fresh yeast, use the translation table from the recipe book (and you must translate carefully: first, we translate dry yeast from grams into teaspoons using one table, and from the second table we convert from dry teaspoons to fresh grams), and weigh the yeast with a scale!

For statistics: I use -
- Wheat flour Lida premium grade enriched with gluten (Belarus)
- Seeded rye flour (Minsk)
- Pressed yeast Belorusskie (Minsk Yeast Plant)

I hope someone will find this information useful

Girls! Here, too, I am now captivated by exactly 2 bowls in this Tefal OW 4002 model and its power. I just see the old comments, but after this time, what feedback do you have? I would very much like to read.

Well, in the first place, it is inappropriate to generalize! I'm talking about girls Since I'm a boy myself, it is men who bake bread from the cut of all my friends! I will say the following about the stove - it has been operating for more than a year, almost every day, sometimes several times. The list of recipes has long gone beyond the collection of Tefal, although a couple of signature recipes remained in it - for example, "Pie", "Banana Pirok", "Kugelhopf", "Milk Bread", "Russian Black Bread" and 10 others. There are no problems, the window is one of the advantages of this stove. Do not listen to those who say that bread is not baked from behind the window - nonsense. On the contrary, it is convenient to make sure that the bread does not run when you try new recipes, and it’s just so curious to take a look

Two forms are convenient! In general, the stove is super. Maybe it works a little noisier than Moulinex, but if you close the kitchen door, it doesn't bother you. If you are interested in something else, then write to me.

Yes, I mostly use fresh pressed yeast (there is a translation table in the recipe book). For all the time there has not yet been a single fiasco, so statements about the need to comply with the ingredients to the nearest gram are nonsense. If you want a fatter bread - add more flour, more flour - less, fluffy - more butter. That's all the magic.

Somehow they gave me a jar of dry, not fast blackbirds. Goes for a sweet soul - I weigh it as according to the recipe + half a teaspoon of sugar + poured a little lukewarm water - beat it up a little, until I loaded the ingredients into the mold (about 10 minutes), they came up, made a dimple in the flour - poured in yeast and that's it!

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend! It's just that the habit worked, wherever girls go everywhere. I'm glad there are men here as well! thanks for the information! I just read not very good reviews that the marriage is going on, the bucket breaks (flows), so I began to doubt whether to take it or not. My husband is already a little greedy for a bread maker, and if he breaks down, he will say that he said that I can only take bullshit (joke))))) If you have any questions, I will definitely contact you! Thank you!

Of course, this oven is no longer new, but maybe someone will find my review useful. I have been using the stove since 2010. Not constantly, then I chase her in the tail and mane, then I forget about her. Despite its considerable age, it works properly, there was not a single breakdown (pah-pah). It bakes excellently, the cakes are super, the dough kneads great. It works a little noisy only when the batch is in progress. I really like to cook milk bread in it, by the way, I also use this recipe for pies. I used to cook casseroles, muffins in it, now only in a cartoon (I have a stove in my locker, every time I get lazy, but when I take it out until I play enough I don't put it in place). you need to approach the recipe book wisely - not all recipes are accurate, I have mastered only the first 3 pages + banana cake and cake. I love proven recipes for experiments there is no time. in general, the stove is very happy.
